When I purchased my home in 2007 I used loan Depot and they were great! Since that time I redid my loan a couple times to reduce the interest rate and got it down to right at 3 1/8% -- my disability retirement from previous employer ran out at age ************************************************************************************************************* a little over 2% interest rate increass but I am now in a place where I can afford to maintain my home and still pay all of my other bills without going into default. I've read a lot of negative reviews but I am thoroughly pleased with the agents I worked with. I highly recommend them to anyone with an open mind and understands finances at least a little bit..
