It took forever to get financing. Very slow, inadequate conferring with different departments. Process took close to 2 months and they made me get a commercial loan only bc I was not living there due to an illness and the remodel.

Horrible experience ****** the loan initiator was not polite in the way she talks to you, making you feel the one that is at fault, she even sent incorrect numbers for me to sign and review and then follow up with an email stating that discount were not applied yet (I did asked her why she was sending the incorrect number, she never answer the question). Received final numbers less than 24 hours before closing and by law there we supposed to be sent at least 3 days before closing. I am glad that LoanDepot is transferring the loan to another bank. **** never use them again and I am telling coworkers and family members of how bad a company they are, please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost and take your business somewhere elseLoanDepot

The entire refi process took only 2 weeks from the beginning to the end. It was easy and whenever I had a question it was answered completely to my satisfaction. I always felt that the individuals assigned to my loan had my best interests in mind. I would not hesitate to recommend Loan Depot for any mortgage or refinance that one wanted to pursue.LoanDepot
