      Its amazing and surprise life time experience because its just like an roller coaster .Some time when you think nothing works but ****** and ****** make or arrange something which is just an alternative backdoor solution and works for you.****** and ***** help me out when everything or everyone closed the door and n me or just say no or Denied at all.Amazing people and there management and always there to support and make process smoother to along with it.Thanks ***************************

They are thorough and were able to help me close 10 days earlier than originally planned. I have no doubt that anyone who goes through this team will love them as much as I do.       Living in ****** we've had such a hard and stressful time getting a loan as small business owners with our local banks but as soon as we found *************************, working with him and team was so easy and stress free the process was unbelievably fast and they were prompt to respond and help our needs. After years literally of trying to get a loan we were able to be approved for a loan in such a short amount of time. Can't believe how smooth they made the process for us compared to every bank we walked into in ******. We are so grateful we made the decision to reach out to E Mortgage and ***** and his amazing team!!!! Look no further, you won't regret it!

      I was astonished by the process and timeline. I was highly dissatisfied with Freedom Mortgage, for whom I was just getting warmed up to take them on, and other Mortgage companies that pull the same stunts against consumers in how they pulled a gotcha to add back into the terms escrow even months after the 3rd refi. when my Mortgage and refi. thru a VA Loan did not have escrow added. This company, E. Mortgage Capital was able to get me with another company that did not demand escrow; sure, Im paying more due to the rates, but that can change every six months as long as interest rates go down. Also, E. Mortgage Capital managed to close the day before Thanksgiving with teams working. Now the underwriters are another story all together because they know hold the power, thats where I hope future legislation will curve such power trips. Giving those handling your application and us as consumers more power over the underwriters. With this all said - would I recommend E. Mortgage Capital, the answer is YES.

      Service was very slow, took 2 weeks to get an underwriter to review my documents, and was still getting requests for documents couple days before the escrow. Everything done very last minute and the staff are very unresponsive. They could not follow through on their timelines that we agreed on in the beginning. They also could not follow through on promises to reduce the rate if the market interest rates dropped. They caused me a number of panic attacks, I would never recommend working with this lender.

      We were very pleased with our mortgage specialist, ***********************. He was so easy to work with. He was very understand and considerate to our needs.
