    In the month of July I went to try outs for a soccer team called SoCal Reds FC. I ended up making the team and paying 3 separate payments of $250 so that I may register and play for the team. After paying this amount, I was not provided with the services that were promised and I now believe that this team is set up as a scam. We never had any practices or any games and when I tried to contact the coaches about this, they would ignore my messages/emails or they would tell me to talk to another coach who would then ignore my messages as well. I brought this up to my bank (Chase) and made them aware of the fraudulent activity. ***** then proceeds to refund all three of the charges of $250 each. Then a few weeks later I get rebilled each of the $250 charges, which then lead me to dispute the charges again. ***** then refunded me only 2 of the 3 charges of $250. When I tried to get my money back for the final charge, I got a letter in the mail from ***** saying that the "team" SoCal Reds FC was not going to give my money back because I signed a contract saying that there were no refunds. I was willing to accept that if I had been provided with the services I had paid for, but instead, the coaches and staff took my money and ignored all my messages. It makes no sense why I would get refunded for 2 of the charges, but not the third charge, because they were all for the same services, just in separate payments. I would like to be refunded the rest of my money ($250) and you guys are my last option, because ***** is no longer helping me out.Thank you Also, I did not have an address for the business so I put the address of the park where the tryouts were held.
