    DO NOT PURCHASE! SCAM!!!!!!We thought this was amazing. IT IS NOT! This is the second claim weve made and they didnt cover it. I was waiting for my moms new phone to arrive. I purchased the screen protector so it would be here when her phone arrived. It arrived after their 30 day rule and now they wont cover it. This is an absolute scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    Cheap screens that chip and splinter within DAYS of install. Ive been through 7 screens in the past few months, their lifetime warranty is a scam when you need to pay $10 to replace the screen every other week

    I purchased the screen protector which is supposed to guarantee 200$ back to fix of screen breaks within 1 year. Once screen broke I submitted my claim and was approved for reimbursement. I have been waiting for the funds and in communocation with the support team but the support team just say 'we are expediting'. I am now 4 months into waiting for the reimbursement. I honestly doubt I will receive the funds.

    This ************* product are a complete scam. They told me I qualified for the $100 reimbursement on their damage warranty and that my payment would be processed. That was two months ago. Since then, they provided nothing but lame excuses that they seem to offer everyone. After reading The other reviews, this seems to be a common practice for their company.

    They totally rip you off. They make you pay 50 bucks for a single cheap-ass screen protector in return for "free" replacements any time, when really you pay 10 to have it shipped to you. My first screen protector broke the third day I had it and I hadn't even dropped my phone. My second one broke a few months later, and now I've paid another 10 for a replacement and have been waiting over a month for it to get shipped to me. You can get a pack of 3 screen protectors on Amazon for 7 bucks. Don't trust this company.

    This app keeps crashing in the middle of me trying to register my device. I have been trying for a week to register my device after the use of Liquipel screen protector. There is no adequate customer service phone number, and I sent a "chat message" and have been waiting for a response thru my email? I am pleased with the product, but very disappointed with the app crashing, and not being able to register my device in a timely fashion. I hope that I will still be able to register my device.

    Terrible experience. Purchased a screen protector for 70$. No one told me to register the purchase for the warranty. After few months the screen protector was all damged and my new iphone camera was damaged because the screen protector was not strong enough. Spoke with ***** (she said she s a supervisor) they refused even a partial payment for repair of the iphone.Stay away!!!

    I filed a claim on October 2nd 2023 which was approved on October 4th 2023 and as of August 10th 2024 I have not heard a word from this company! I will never buy their product again and I will be encouraging ******* to stop promoting their product. When you have a company like ******* promoting you, you would think you'd do better at keeping your customers happy.

    I cannot find a phone number or email to contact this company. I did everything I was supposed to and when I was supposed to and have had zero communication in regards to my warranty reimbursement. Seeing all of the complaints I figure this company is a scene to steal money from customers.

    Don't buy the product I Filed a claim 2 and a 1/2 months ago. They approved me to fix the phone, so I did now. I've been fighting for them to Reimburse me it's been nothing but back and forth emails they keep telling me they will pat Friday and nothing total scam
