    Absolute scam. Phone protector broke in the first week so I filed a claim. After paying ***** for shipping instaprotek claims to have to sent me a new protector but nothing was delivered. After talking with customer service they said they did everything they could do and that it was not their responsibility after shipping it. Would never be able to recommend.

    Awful product purchased a screen protector 5/2024 and the protector is now cracked in multiple places very fragile! Have a life time warranty- filed a claim to to be told denied after hours and 2 days .. it was finally approved to get another screen protector unfortunately the place I purchased this product no longer carries it - ********* Not sure where I can get a replacement screen protector there are so many items needed to get a replacement and it is frustrating process! Dont buy - dealing with everything is a nightmare and this product is expensive

    I felt scammed by this company. I registered my phone and then it disappeared. The product protect my iPhone 15 pro *** for maybe 100 days. When I tried to file a claim the customer service was awful. There was no way to make a phone call. I was told a supervisor would call me in an hour, never did. Scheduled a phone call, they sent me a zoom link that was invalid. Terrible experience, company needs substantial improvement on customer service and keeping their word.

    SCAM. Will only honor the guarantee if you register the product within 30 days, but it doesn't say this anywhere on the packaging. How are you supposed to know this? Nothing on the packaging states this. When I called after my son's iPad shattered, they said that they could not honor the guarantee because we didn't register within 30 days. They said that the salesperson at ******* is supposed to tell us to register. huh???? Obsurd. ************* DO NOT BUY

    This company is a joke, they will do anything and everything to not pay a claim to you when your screen breaks. They will lie and come up with every excuse possible like a little kid stealing from you, even when you actually read the directions and follow them step by step to register your device and then when you actually need the warranty they are so proud to claim they will not honor their warranty. An absolute joke and I will make sure everybody knows how terrible this company is. I am going to do everything possible to get ******* to remove this trash from the shelf!!! Do not waste your money on this!!!! They will not answer any questions when you message them other than telling you that they will not pay your claim. When you tell them that you did everything the way they require you to, they will not respond to you!!!

    NO STARS!!! SCAM COMPANY- contact your attorny general- i think if the company is not going to honor the warrenty- then the company selling the product show be resonsible for what they sell. I filed a complaint due to a broken screen- had to replace the phone. Their warranty says the will reimburse if the screen gets broke. They told me they needed a copy of the receipt for the deductible with the broke phone on it, but the receipt shows what I paid for which is the new phone. I provided them with information showing the old phone and the phone it was replaced with. This company is a scam. I'm going to file a complaint where I purchased the product.

    Horrible company that does not stand by their warranty. They will come up with any excuse not to pay. I am in the process of filing a law suit against them. I don't care if it ends up costing more than what the claim is they need to stop ripping people off

    This is the biggest scam. You pay $90 for a screen protector, and after less than 5 months you will have scratches all over your screen. Then you go to file a claim because you have a 1 yr warranty, and they only cover broken screens, not scratched? Worthless product and misleading. Do not purchase.

    This is completely unbelievable. Why is it this company still in business and is allowed to s**** people. My proof of reciept was put in on January 22nd ****. It is February 9th. I have reached out in emails and have called and not one person response back. I was reaching out to asked about the update on my reimbursement on my screen I had fixed on my phone. I finally got ahold of someone on message text through the company. They informed me that they haven't been able to reach anyone at the store where I had the phone fixed. COME ON SINCE JANUARY 22ND! YOU HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE ITS FEBRAURY 9TH! the reviews of this company are so bad and I have read constant complaints on this company given stupid lame excuses as to why they don't want to follow through with their warrenty. It costed $375 to have my phone screen fixed. I am owed $200 from the warrenty on Instaproteks screen protector that didn't work. I hope this gets resolved its ridiculous how long it has taken to review a reciept. I've even given them the phone number and the hours the business is open until. Oh, let's not forget they asked me if I could do a three way call with them and the company I went to have my phone fixed at. Um... no I think not do your job and quit stalling to avoid paying people what they're owed.
