    I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy. The robbed me without me ever coming in contact with them. I purchased the glass screen protector from *********************. I registered my product like days that buys me to on product I bought from ******* and they said I had a warranty all the way until January of ****. Well since the product wasn't strong enough to protect my screen I had to file an claim. My claim was approved by Insta Protek for $100 in repairs. So I had the phone fixed and then sent over all receipts asked for from Insta Protek. Well I never received the money and I am now in the hole $130 +$15=$145. Wrong and I hope they don't do this to everybody but they surely did it to me

    It has been 3 months and I have still not had my claim resolved. Status states check was cut on 12/27/23 but I have NOT received it. This is a totally unacceptable. I have put in another 2 emails trying to get status of the reimbursement.

    I wish I could do zero stars. This company is an absolute Mickey ***** operation, They will run you around in circles and dead ends. No phone number just some ******** email they might respond to.Avoid these a******* like the plague

    Ive been waiting over a month for my reimbursement. Every week its a new excuse and Im tired of it. Never use this company as they are proclaiming false information and services.

    -10 stars. The product doesn't work and they do not stand behind their $200 guarantee. Do not purchase, you're just throwing your money away. A regular screen protector works better and cost a fraction on of the price. Total rip off.

    Still waiting on my refund. Wanted the check option because the app seemed sketchy. When I tried to get reimbursement it said app had a virus. After multiple phone calls and emails still waiting. It's been since September. They said can't say for sure when check will be cut because they do them in batches. Will not use service again.

    Buyer beware !!This is the worst company they're guaranteed does not work.! Their app just takes up space in your phone. Do not purchase. This is the worst purchase I've ever bought from Vorizon

    I filed a claim with this joke of a company 9/25/23 and was not able to get it in for repair until 10/31/23. 6 days outside of the 30 day timeframe that they apparently provide. My claim eligibility is valid until 3/4/24 but this company is denying my claim for reimbursement. $300 spent out of pocket on the screen repair and now being denied the $200 reimbursement for the repair. I would not recommend buying a screen protector from this company!
