  I had my screen replaced in Feb 2023, I submitted my claim and it was verified by instaprotek the next day. I have called and emailed off/on since April and still not received my reimbursement check. Either it is a scam or a poorly run company. I will be looking at the name of the company that "insures" my screen protector going forward.

  if I could give this company a -10 star I would. Im not sure they know what it means to satisfy the customer. I am so disgusted with the fact that I was lied to by this company. I filed a claim back in January/February time frame and was not able to get my phone into service until April. Before sending my phone in to get it serviced, we contacted them to make sure everything is ok with my claim and if i needed to make a new claim. They told us that it would be fine to use the same claim as they can only do one claim per warranty which is ridiculous since I didn't use it when I originally filed a claim. Anyways, after about 4 months, I called and emailed them and I was told that my file was being denied because the receipt showed more than 30 days after original claim. I talked with a supervisor and she told me that I wouldn't be reimbursed since it was more than 30 days from the claim although I was TOLD that it would be fine before taking my phone in to get it fixed. This place has to be a SCAM!!! I am so frustrated at them and would encourage everyone and anyone to run away from this company. They get your money by buying a product that really is worthless, promise to cover you just to make you wait half a year to tell you that you're not going to get reimbursed. I will do EVERYTHING I can to show others why they should NEVER trust this comany. The management say they are sorry for the inconvienence but will not try to help you. BUYER BEWARE, you are better off not trusting this company. I paid $325 to get my phone fixed with the promise of $250 reimbursed with them KNOWING my actual repair wasn't until after the 30 day period. I really believe they MUST fess up to their mess up and pay their promised reimbursement. I know one thing, I will NEVER buy from this company every again. I hope they appreciate the fact that they have lost a customer and I will do everything to make people think twice about becoming one of their customers.

  Scam!! Worst screen protector. Most expensive one and if it cracks you have to replace your whole screen at your cost. Showed them the receipt when it was bought along with a new phone. ******* dealer installed it and said everything should be fine but forgot to mention you where supposed to register product.

  I bought the liquid screen protector with $200 coverage, when my screen cracked my repair was approved and I submitted the receipt. That was 2.5 weeks ago.I've emailed them several times and they just say they are waiting for the reimbursement department to approve it - based on all the reviews I'm seeing here I'm pretty sure this company is a straight up scam and hopes people will give up on hearing back from them.

  This entire company is a joke. I don't see how they are still in business. I bend my screen submitted all the required documents and have had to wait and be given every possible excuse as to why I haven't been reimbursed yet. I was guaranteed I would be paid yesterday but of course it didn't haopen.. This whole process has been drawn out, not professional, and I feel like I'm being scammed. Still waiting to be paid. Thug

  SCAM . I purchased this Liquid Glass. I cracked my screen, filed claim, I jumped thru the processes as guided Reimbursement approved. Its been 4 months since the approval and NOW they No longer answers my emails no response what so ever. I was promised $200 for the reimbursement the screen cost around $350. NO RESPONSE. You should not have to fight for something this hard. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

  I was called by this company on 7/25/23 and promised a Check with no fees taken out. She stated she will follow up with me. Still no Check and No follow up call. Once again I sent an email and no response from that team either which that is a given and they very rarely respond. 8/15/23 Still no follow up, and I have requested full refund since I have to fight so hard to get what was promised and still nothing. Such poor customer service. Funny thing is When they first were going to take a few out on the reimbursdement which the lady did not mention until this guy call later (leaving all the names out) he is the one that told me about the fee. And I said I was not told that and he said there would be no fees taken out and I told him if he wants to switch it to a *** we can. (He called the next day with this info after the lady stated the check would be in the mail. He stated it was to late for the *** and there will be no fees and check is already to go out. That was on 7/26/23. Still no check and no response from the email given when I stated I have not received the check.

  Absolutely a scam, my screen broke from a very small drop. I'm soo ****** off about this. They said they pay up to$200 that's after you pay $55 for the product, ***** to get a check, so if they pay its only $132. They want you to use your insurance you pay through your provider and they will reimburse your deductible, yeah right my insurance I pay for is not going to pay for what your supposed to. If I don't get my refund in a reasonable time I will be taking them to small claims court.

  I have been fighting with this company via email and over the phone since September 2022. It started with no contact from them for over a month after I submitted my claim via their app and email. After a lengthy email chain and a few phone calls I was finally told my claim was accepted and that the 3rd party company that cuts the checks would be mailing my check but they had no time frame for me. I kept emailing and calling monthly, having never received the money owed to me via the warranty agreement. I was last on the phone 3 weeks ago with "upper management" who claimed it would be made a priority and I would be getting my check in the mail within the next two weeks. No surprise they still haven't sent it out.This company is a scam.

  This company is absolutely garbage that does not live by their guarantee for their products. I will never buy from this company again.
