    Went by the book, followed all their instructions to get reimbursed and then crickets, they kept reassuring me that check was mailed, buyer beware, I will be a part of the class action lawsuit eventually!

    When I got my new phone service from metro I got tricked into getting this. The guy just started applying it to my phone and I thought he was just cleaning my screen. All said and done he said he applied instaprotek screen protector and I thought it was free. It was like 46 dang dollars. Biggest scam ever and I want my MONEY BACK!!!

    This was a waste of time. I have lost my money on this screen protector.they product should be pulled from every store and never allowed to be sold again due to how poorly they operate.after several phone calls they still have not sent my money back for my approved warranty. I will never by this product or anything assiocated with this Company again.

    Instaprotek screen protectors are garbage.They have only 1 year warranty and after that if your screen cracks you have to replace your phone screen, because you cant remove the screen protector that was supposed to protect the screen.Dont bye this garbage product it doesnt protect your phone screen!!!I purchased it and after year and a half my screen got cracked and warranty was expired!!Now I have to spend more then $200 to replace my phone screen.Nice way ti scam people.

    We were informed by Best Buy that they stopped carrying this product due to costumer complaints about product effectiveness. We should have listened. Dont buy this product!!! Two days after product application, the screen broke and it was not covered. Save yourself the headache. This product is ineffective and the customer service is just as inept as the product.

    Since Feb 2022 I have been dealing with INSTA PROTEK to get my reimbursement for a protection plan that I purchased. I have sent in receipts, was validated, and they said I was clear for reimbursement. To this day, I still have not received my $125. These people are really pathetic, and not honoring their word. How long does it take to write or print up a $125 check and send to your customers who have patronized your business. Everytime I call in the phone, it's the same thing. To me these type of people should not be in business, if they can't provide for the customer what they have offered in a timely manner. It's pathetic, but hope the CREATOR blesses their soul. I have every email that was sent or sent to me, and would like to post if I could.Sincerely,NLH

    Scam, scam, scam! Liquid screen protector does nothing to prevent cracks, as I dropped my phone mere inches and it cracked so hard the **** panel had to be replaced. **** representative swore by it, but it's been MONTHS and all they say is, "Your check is clearing now. We'll let you know when your refund is ready. Thanks for your patience!"Do not buy into their scam. Please.
