    I purchased a "set" of adjustable weight dumbells on this company's website Aug 1, for $218.90. This included expedited shipping. After repeated requests for delivery updates, I never received any response. A package was finally received on Sept 9, 5 1/2 weeks later, but contained only one dumbell, not a set. I immediately contacted them again and no reply for weeks. When I did finally receive one it was from a separate company, not "My Gym USA" and claiming that my purchase only included one dumbell. This is bait and switch, false advertising and fraud.

    I purchased a set of 552 dumbbells from them. They only sent one. *** contacted them several times they never answer the phone. I would just like the other dumbbell or a refund. I tried to get a refund through my credit card and of course because they didnt send me some thing my credit card canceled it, but they only sent me half of what I ordered.

    I placed an order for a set of dumbbells, indicating multiple dumbbells. After the fact, I notice that they indicate in small lettering that the set only includes 1, which is clearly deceptive. I then placed a second order for the same product as I need 2. They are supposed to ship within 5 business days and 4 weeks later I have not received anything. I asked them to either cancel the order or ship the product. They finally canceled one of my orders, but will not issue a refund with no explanation why. They say that the other order will be shipped, but have provided no tracking number and no evidence that they have shipped it. Upon reading comments by other customers, it is clear that this is a pattern and they are not a legitimate business. They should not be allowed to operate as such.

    Bought a dumbbell "set"... never got an order confirmation.. then received only one dumbbell 2 months after the expected delivery and the debit from my account. cannot get ahold of anyone at the company by email or phone.

    I ordered dumbbells from this business on June 7,2023 and have received nothing. No shipping confirmation, nothing. I have contacted them multiple times for an explanation and refund and no one has returned my calls or emails. I looked them up and others have said this is a scam company and from my own experience, they are. They owe me $200 for a pair of dumbbells they never sent. They stole this money from me. I also filed a fraud claim with my bank and will upload a screenshot of the email sent to my bank.

    I placed an online order on 6/11, was charged on 6/12 and website stated delivery would be by 6/16/23. I've left voicemails, sent emails, completed their online contact me page and received no response to any of those methods to find out where the order is. I wish I had come here first to see all the same complaints. How is this company still in business?

    I would like the item delivered or if that is not possible, then refunded ASAP.

    This company is a scam! Do not buy from them. I have called multiple times to get a refund on a purchase. I have even tried to dilute the matter with my bank and because the company will not respond to anyone’s calls or complaints, my bank has not reversed the charge. Do not buy!!!

    I am truly upset I didn’t look into the business before purchasing. I ordered on 3/20/23 for 3 day expedited shipping and have not received any info on my order. It’s been about 2 weeks now. I have emailed and tried calling but haven’t got a response. Very unprofessional and I am so disappointed I didn’t do more research before ordering.

    Bought new item and tried to return. They won’t return emails for return. No way to return the item.
