    My wife bought a set of dumbbells from My Gym USA for my birthday 15 March 2023 and we were charged $199. We both have reached out about at least 10 times to inquire about the order and no one has replied. it is funny that their cancellation policy states once your order is charged/paid they cannot issue a refund until the item arrives and you mail it back to them. this is unheard of. it spell fraud/scam. i wish I have read this earlier.

    I'm another one of many that have been misinformed and then ignored when seeking help/refund.

    I ordered a dumbbell set from MyGymUSA, and found out later, after receiving the product, that a "set" meant one dumbbell, although the thumbnail of the dumbbell set showed two. In an attempt to contact the company, seeking a 30 day refund, as their website advertises, I have yet to hear back and their phone number goes straight to a very generic voicemail box. I ordered their product on Feb 15 and contacted them about a refund a day after receiving the product on Mar 3.

    It is very apparent that this company is providing misinformation about their product and scamming people into buying a singular dumbbell.

    The merchant sold us a SET of 90 lb dumbbells. The merchant only shipped 1 dumbbell that was 52 lbs. We did not receive what we ordered, the merchant is refusing a refund. I’ve submitted a claim through my credit card company, the merchant is refusing their request for a refund. The merchant continues to refuse to send us a return shipping label. Return shipping of a heavy dumbbell is $100+.
    Additionally, the item says it was shipped from Canada. To say the least, this merchant is fraudulent.

    I ordered what was described as a "set" (picture of 2 was shown) of dumbbells on February 2, 2023. As I received my order confirmation email, a FAQ was sent with it. In the FAQ, it defined a "set" as one dumbbell. I quickly tried to cancel the order via email, website and phone as I did not want to pay that much for just one dumbbell. My Gym USA has not responded to any of my communication (at least 10 total attempts) and sent the product anyway. This company is a scam.

    I contacted my credit card company to dispute the order. However, disputes will take longer than their "30-day return policy".

    My husband ordered these adjustable dumbbell set from MyGym USA on January 12 2023. Was supposed to get expedited shipping within 3-5 days. That didn’t happen. I’ve reached out to them multiple times via email and cannot get a response. It is Feb 6,2023 and I get a box from them. It only has ONE DUMBELL when clearly on my order it states it is a SET with two!! I don’t know what else to do. I’ve emailed them every day and cannot get a response. I just want them to make it right since we paid 169.15 for this product and only received half of it.

    The problem is I ordered and paid for two adjustable dumbbells (a one-pair set) from My Gym USA, but only one of the two in the set was delivered. The order date was 15 Dec 2022. The date that half of the order was delivered was 05 Jan 2023.

    To report the issue, I have called My Gym USA's contact phone number more than a half dozen times. No person has ever answered the call; an automated messaging system has always picked up. Strangely, the outgoing message does not include a person's name nor the name of the business. The outgoing message (in a digitized/computerized voice) states:
    "Your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system. At the tone, please record your message. When you've finished recording, you may hang up."
    I have left several messages since the partial order was delivered but have gotten no response.

    I have made several attempts to contact My Gym USA by email using the contact email address specified on their website (****@mygymusa.com). As has occurred most recently as today, each time when I attempt to report my issue to that address, my service provider (Comcast) responds with the following message:

    In addition to phone calls and sending emails, I have posted messages directly to their web page. Even though I get daily advertisements from My Gym USA, none of my actions to contact them has resulted in a reply about my issue.

    Please advise on my course of action and next steps to resolve this issue. Resolution at this point would be a timely full refund back to me or timely delivery of the missing adjustable dumbbell.

    We bought a set of dumbbells from My Gym USA and we were charged $199 December 23 2022. CC statement confirms. We have reached out about 6 times to ask where our order is and when it will be shipped. No reply in the last 4 attempts.

    On December 23, 2022 I ordered what I thought was a set of dumbbells. When I proceeded to pay it turned out I was only paying for one set. I then proceeded to with the purchase since the dumbbell is much cheaper than Boflex. After paying for my order they offer me a second dumbbell for an additional percentage off. So I proceeded in purchasing a second dumbbell since you need 2 to workout. They advertised I would get my ordered items in 3 to 5 business days. I've emailed them and called them multiple times and they have not responded. My credit card got immediately. I just want my money back. I payed almost $500 for both dumbbells.

    Hi, I purchased a set of adjustable dumbbells. Only one came in. I tried calling, emailing, sending off inquiry through their website to no avail. They have not replied back to me. After I did a Google search I see that this company seems to be doing poor business. I just want what I paid for.
