I ordered 1 "set" of dumbbells from MYGYMUSA on 11/30/22. I then realized a set was one dumbbell which is false advertising. I ordered a second dumbbell the same day. The next day I wanted to cancel the order and emailed the company many times and received a prewritten email about how my product will be shipping out soon. I tried calling the company but they do not answer. Finally they supposedly shipped out my 2 dumbbells. When I received the shipment only one dumbbell showed up. I am out 169 dollars plus tax. I emailed the company again and have received no answer.Initial Complaint

On Dec. 23, 2022 I placed an order for a "Heavy Duty 552 Select Adjustable Dumbell Set." All of the photos on the listing (see supporting documents) show two dumbells, not one. As soon as I placed the order, they emailed an FAQ that clarifies (very clearly!) "the set refers to one dumbell, the adjustable weights, and the dumbell stand."
Within 15 minutes of placing the order, I emailed their support email to cancel the order. I also called their customer support line, which goes straight to voicemail with a generic "leave a message after the tone" recording and nothing to indicate it's their company. I heard nothing back for five days. On the fifth day, they emailed a reply and said that because the order has been "processed" even though they have shipping delays, they cannot cancel.
This is in contradiction to their cancellation policy, sent via email with the FAQ, indicating orders could be cancelled until they ship. (See supporting documents.)
To enumerate the reasons the company is fraudulent:
- They engage in false and misleading advertising (advertising two dumbells, when it is only one)
- They do not follow their own cancellation policy sent to customers

I ordered a dumbbell sett of black friday 11/24/22 with expidited 3-5 day shipping. My card was charged but I never recieved a shipping notification. I emailed the company 5 times and never received a response. I asked for a refund. No response. I was going to report them as fraud to my credit card company. I ordered a product, wanted to reach out to the company in regards to the product. It said it would be shipped in 24 hours, I have left several messages an email, and in the contact us section of their website with no response. As multiple others has stated, ordered a dumbbell “set” thinking it was two dumbbells based off pictures. Noticed when I received the shipping the weight was for a single dumbbell and the “set” was dumbbell and cradled. After receiving the order, I followed the website instructions by both sending an email along with calling the company. Both were met with zero response. After my third email I did receive a response however it was an offer to but an additional dumbbell at a discounted price. I have since contacted the company multiple other times, both by email and via phone, which is nothing more than a voicemail and still haven’t received guidance on returning the item. In total, I’ve reached out to the company no less than 8 times in the past month without return communication.Initial Complaint

I googled adjustable dumbbells and this company popped up. Looked legit. So I made a purchase for my husbands Christmas gift. After I did I kept getting weird emails from them. So i investigated further. Found out this place is a scam. I have reached out numerous times with no response. I will be going after them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for weights at My Gym USA 3 weeks ago. To date I have not received my product purchased and they have been unresponsive to 2 phone calls and an email. This company has poor customer service and I have recently seen a poor company rating on Facebook, BBB and I can only imagine many others. I will continue to try to get more information and if necessary file a civil claim, if only to help stop this company from defrauding other consumers.
