    When searching online for the Bowflex 552 (real product found here: https://www.b*************************/100131.html), I clicked one of the returns on google (link found here: https://mygymusa.com/products/heavy-duty-adjustable-dumbbell-**************s?variant=37***************************ium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaig*******************************XBhCoARIsA****************4-JB*************XO0FFtev************************Lw_wcB).

    This company is selling a knockoff as it is the real thing, the product has extremely similar design and pre-markdown pricing. Upon further reading, the MY USA GYM changes the name of the product to get away with this fraud. After ordering these sets of weights, I immediately realized that something was not right and tried to cancel my order, however, there is no functioning way to do so. I have tried to call the line but it goes straight to a voicemail that does not appear to actually be linked to this company. This screams fraud, this company has been reported to the BBB over the years as I am reading and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE?

    On July 4, 2022, I purchased what was advertised as a dumbbell "set". I emailed the company on that same day to confirm that a "set" is two dumbbells, and seeking to cancel the order if that was not the case.

    On July 9, the company replied that the "set" refers to a single dumbbell. That same day, I told them to cancel the order.

    On July 11, the company indicated that it could not cancel the order as it was "currently being processed".

    On July 16, the company sent another response, offering a 15% discount on the order. I declined.

    On July 18, the company provided refund information and shipping instructions. They gave a Canadian address, though the merchandise shipped from California.

    On July 26, I sent the company proof of return shipping of the dumbbell, which cost $116.46. I requested a full refund of $285.61, which reflects the purchase price of $169.15 and the international shipping expense.

    On July 29, the company indicated that the return was being processed, and offered tracking information. That UPS tracking information indicates that the company REFUSED delivery.

    THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

    Order an Adjustable Dumbell in August of 2021 and have still not received the product. I have email the company asking for a refund and they have yet to respond to my emails. It's starting to feel like theft at this point, and judging from the Facebook reviews of this company I am not the first person this has happend too.
