    This company uses predatory and misleading practices.I purchased a dumbbell set from them. They only sent me one dumbbell despite the fact that they use the word set and show a picture of 2 dumbbells. In small writing it says at the bottom of the listing that it is one dumbbell. They know that using the word set and showing 2 dumbbells that they are misleading the customer. When I requested a refund they told me they had moved their returns from ********** to ***** and I would have to pay shipping. So then they offered only 10% refund and told me I could "keep the dumbbell as a free gift". Like 10% back is anything. *****************. ***** them.

    The website offered a "set" of dumbbells with a picture of two dumbbells. I selected to purchase and immediately received an FAQ page email. In reading the email, it stated at the bottom that a "set" of dumbbells includes one bar, weights and the plastic base. So one dumbbell. I immediately sent a request to cancel the order (within 5 minutes). I received an automated response saying they respond to emails in 2-3 days. They next sent an email at 7am the next day that my order had shipped. Once I received the order, I immediately requested a return authorization and an address to ship the dumbbell back to (as they state as a service they provide). Several days later I received an email providing me an address in ***** where I could ship the dumbbell back for a refund (they later explained that they changed their warehousing location from ********** to ***** which I don't believe is true). I would be required to pay shipping, export filing and import filing charges in ***** which would result in costs multiple times the cost of the dumbbell. Especially since I so not have a business entity in ***** and would have to rely on their company to complete the importation process and charge me what they would consider to be a fair handling fee for the import service. I filed complaints with the BBB and hope that no one else is scammed by this company the way I was. I'm stuck with a single dumbbell that I have never opened that is no use to me.

    This company is a rip off,scam and nothing but liars who have corrupt employees and runaround artists. I purchased a set of dumbbells from this company on my AmX card for $400 and never received the (one) dumbbell they listed as a set. I live in Kansas and demanded a invoice of proof of delivery. They sent one but it showed they supposedly sent it to Buffalo NY and then said it was the address I submitted. It was a total lie and I kept all correspondence with them. They even sent a follow up text saying it was a mistake and would make it whole. That was a year later. Then tried to deny it. But once again I sent a copy of their response and they denied it. Stay away from this scam company!!! They shipping order has it still sitting in California. They also claimed it was sent via FedEx. I contacted FedEx and they had no record of any such shipments.

    DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. SCAM ALERT. FALSE ADVERTISING.This company is terrible. They don't have a ****** profile because they would have just terrible reviews. We ordered a "Set" of dumbbells, the picture showed 2 dumbbells, the price was appropriate for 2 dumbbells... and we only got 1 dumbbell. We thought it was just a mistake and that the company would rectify it by shipping another dumbbell... NOPE! Instead they indicated to the tiny fine print that says its only 1 dumbbell despite the overwhelming marketing of 2 dumbbells on the product description and images. This is just straight up deceptive. So I disputed it with my credit card (*****) and I lost! These guys are professional con artists. They know just how to word things to where they deceive the buyer, yet they win the disputes. You have to read every word to really not get screwed. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

    This company is an absolute scam! I placed an order in December of 2023 for 2 dumbbells and a pilates band. I never got a receipt (I still haven't and I've asked 7 times now) and I am on my 15th email chain reply with them with no resolution.It took them over a month to ship ONE dumbbell and another month to ship the pilates band after I had to ****** them several times for an update. Still no word on the second dumbbell I ordered. I spent $300 and have received 1 out of the 3 items I ordered. Still no receipt, no apology, they cannot seem to comprehend simple English when I email them. So I am now on my 15th email to them, waiting for some sort of resolution. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

    False advertising and a fraud! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Luckily I paid through Paypal, and have put in a claim with some teeth.Hopefully, I will see some results. These boneheads have been ripping people off for several years and are still in operation. Someone needs to get a hold of their web service provider and alert them that its a fraudulant website.     Horrible customer service. Left several emails. Called the # and left a voicemail. # did not have a voice greeting. Dumbells is plural meaning it should be more than 1 dumbell provided. No communication whatsoever. Actually the only time they reached out via email was when they requested me to withdraw my credit dispute! Gotta be kidding me. On top of that, the advertisement for the product is very misleading. Do not fall for this scam.

    Wish there was negative stars. In the same boat as many others. Ordered a dumbbell set about a month ago, expedited shipping. Has not been shipped. I've attempted to call, leave messages, email no response. I'm very reluctant to shop online after this experience. Will definitely do my research on the future.

    Scam!!! It’s been months and I never received my order. Currently dealing with a dispute on my credit card to try to get some sort of refund since the company hasn’t responded to any emails.
