    False and deceptive advertising. Ordered a dumbbell set and received only one. Zero customer service.

    Pretty much have the same problem everyone else is having. I ordered a "set" of dumbells and it had 2 on the picture and it only contains 1 didn't know that till after I purchased it it took them 10 days just to send me an email with a tracking number for the shipment even though I've sent them several emails asking them to cancel my order and have gotten the same automated email everyone else gets. I would never recommend this company to anybody idk how they are even still in business. Already talked to my credit card company and filed a dispute on the charges this company is a scam. Should have went with the cheaper knock offs instead of these.

    Site is not a scam but some of the worst customer service EVER! Ordered a dumbbell set on Dec 14th. Site said guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, will send email with tracking when shipped.
    Over the next week, I sent several emails requesting a tracking number as I was concerned my Christmas gift wouldn’t arrive in time.
    I received ONE email (auto response saying someone would be contacting me)
    Never heard back even after several emails and the dumbbell set arrive 10 days after Christmas. I contacted them telling them I wanted a refund since I had already bought another gift.
    Crickets… the dumbbell set was as advertised but I would NEVER order from this company.

    Website appears to show the same product more than once with one image as a single dumbbell set and the other product has an image of 2 dumbbells. The fact that the description states a "dumbbell SET" leads people to believe a set of dumbbells, not just a set of weights on one dumbbell. I have emailed them numerous times and left a voicemail as well. There was no communication problem receiving my order and taking my money, but there is definitely a communication problem when I need customer service. Additionally, there was no tracking number or any indication of when the item would arrive. We weren't even sure if it was in transit!

    I ordered a set of dumbbells and found out that it was only going to be one. I tried to immediately cancel. I got an automated email that stated that they would get back to me in one to two business days. I never heard back from them. I tried re-emailing and calling. Again, no response. Had to get my credit card company involved to try and get my money back. I never received a shipping notification and my package had expedited shipping.

    Pour customer service, potentially fraudulent! Purchased a dumbbell, received it. Ordered another and have not received it. No reply back to emails or answer to phone calls. It has been 4 weeks.
    Do not purchase anything from this company.

    Like everyone else I thought I ordered a set of dumbbells but it was just one. I should have known given the price. My 1st order arrived just fine. I ordered a 2nd one because I wanted a set and 3 weeks later it still hasn't shipped. Their "customer service" is nothing but voice-mail. No one has called me back or answered my emails. I would leave zero stars if I could.

    Ordered and attempted to cancel the night I ordered. Left several emails and voice mails with no response. Took the money out the next morning and have received no response in my request to cancel the order, or if and when they are sending out the product! Would give no stars if possible!

    This company is a SCAM. I immediately called my credit card company to cancel the charges. They did not honor my request to cancel the order. I plan on taking the box delivered and sending it right back. AVOID THIS company.

    This company is a SCAM.. Avoid at all costs. I bought a set of Bowflex 552 dumbbells, for $199, and tried to cancel less than 24 hours later. I got the runaround. They kept telling me they were getting my order ready and couldn’t stop the shipping once they receive my order. I called my credit card to contest the $199 charge to find out this company charged my credit card 3 times in 2 days. This company s**** beyond belief.
