      Subject: Formal Complaint Withholding of Insurance ReimbursementsI am writing to formally complain about the handling of my account by *********************** Riverside office. I believe that funds from my insurance providers have been improperly withheld, and I have encountered repeated delays, miscommunication, and unprofessional treatment.On November 6, 2024, I received a full examination and implant estimate. Despite being a new patient and seeing a billboard offering a free exam, I was charged $50. The treatment plan totaled $15,050. I paid $2,000 that day and later secured an $11,000 loan through ************. On January 23, 2025, I paid an additional $400. I was pressured into paying the remaining $1,600 immediately and misled into believing that insurance reimbursements would be returned to me.Later, I was told that funds would be sent to ************ insteadsomething I was never informed of beforehand. Despite assurances, ************ has not received any payments. Meanwhile, I continue to pay $358/month on the loan.According to my Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Gold Coast Dental has received over $3,700 in payments from my insurance providers. However, I have been consistently redirected between the Riverside and accounting offices without resolution. This has gone on for nearly five months.I am requesting a full accounting of all payments received, clarification on how they were applied, and reimbursement of any insurance funds owed to me.       The staff here are ridiculous! music they play over head has cus words. Tha staff in the weekend thinks because its a weekend crew it should be all fun and games. We asked for the corporates phone number and they keep changing the subject . They gossip like little girls . Its disgusting how how these people treat a seniour citizen .

      The worst dentist ever they hustle you. Messed up my other teeth because of horrible service. Additionally, the quoted me at $900 but collected $1,049 because of my insurance. Aside from grinding a perfectly good too which I asked them to spot halfway. They did it anyways order a crown when it wasn't necessary. Their work is to extort patients and get money. Worst place ever avoid it they suck! Also if I could leave zero stars I would!!!

      Terrible. I googled this office, because I needed an emergency dentist. A filling came out of a molar. After xrays it was revealed I had also fractured the tooth and I needed a cap, also another molar needed a cap; and there were signs that I grind my teeth so I would need a mouth guard. I already have high anxiety when I go to the dentist. I told them that. I noted that the room wasn't very clean. It needed vacuuming and there was a lot of dust on the blinds and windowsills. I felt very rushed into the decision of having the two caps, because they would give me a discount me only if I did the two. I couldn't afford the mouth guard. I was able to finance my portion of the part that insurance didn't cover. I had to put down a large chunk of change. The price was exorbitant. But I was anxious and felt like I was being rushed and had to make a decision then. The dentist wasn't rude but she wasn't exactly warm. She was there to do the job, not to reassure. The dental assistant was more assuring, as I was shaking and tearing up. She held my hand and told me I was doing well. At I went in a little after 12:00 and didn't come out till about 4:00. It freaks me out to have people in my mouth already, that was a long time. I wasn't given water to rinse, I had to ask for it! Then they said I can use the mouthwash that was in the bathroom, so I took care of that. They had me make an appointment so I could get the permanent cap on. Usually this is when you are given a paper for aftercare, I didn't recieve that. The dentist only told me verbally, not to eat sticky things or things that are hard to chew. I was so rattled, It wasn't till the next evening that I realized, I wasn't even given a receipt. There have been no emails nor phone calls since. I feel for the price they are charging, thier treatment of patients should atleast match. I will go out of my way to let people know how they do business. I will only return to get my permanent caps on, then never again!
