On January 13, 2025 I placed Order # ***** for Shipping Protection ($18), two bottles of Crown Royal 12 Year ($58.99 each) & a bottle of Crown Royal Honey ($379.99) for a total of $515.97.I finally received the two bottles of Crown Royal 12 Year after several emails and phone calls. The Crown Royal Honey was supposed to be included but was not. I have sent several more emails and called and left voice messages with no further response. Now when I call the number, it has been disconnected.I would like for them to either send me the Crown Royal Honey or refund the $379.99 I paid them for it.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 2/19/2025 for $473.45. The business never shipped any of the items. I reversed the credit card charged and the business claimed to the credit card company they shipped my items, and the credit card company reversed the charge. As of 5/14/2025 I have not had anything shipped to me and I'm still disputing the charge.Initial Complaint

I was shopping on the liquor stars website. I clicked on a link that took me to a page that showed an item for sale. I attempted to use their chat feature to find out what their fastest shipping time was. No one would respond to their chat feature. Then when I checked out, there was an option for expedited shipping which I chose. I then purchased the product.I then attempted to follow up with the customer to obtain a ship date. I got no response from the customer from my first two emails. Finally, after my third email they responded. When they responded, they told me that the item was not available for shipment and that it was only a pre-order. I told the customer that unfortunately., if the product could not be shipped right away, then I couldnt use it because it was for a birthday gift and that was also why I chose expedited shipping.The customer said sorry you cannot cancel the order. I told him I had no use for the product and finally he told me that if you canceled it, you were going to be charged a 15% restock charge.. I told him I thought that was crazy because there was nowhere that showed the orders were non-cancelable nor for pre-order. He then said that all the way at the bottom below where you order the product in a separate description that it said it was for pre-order only. This is deceptive and immoral. The entire buying process was above this area and the pre-order was in small print below.. Theres no reason I should be charged 15% restocking fee on this item as no where ****** where you order the product did it mention anything about 1. Not being able to cancel and 2 that it was a pre order even thought I was charged expedited shipping. I am also including screenshots of the exact pages scrolling from top to bottom where I ordered the product again showing nothing.Initial Complaint

Hello, I made the transaction from Liquor Stars on 4/15/25 for a total value of $394.68 The business is lacking in response, and also very minimal, outright lying about when the package will be shipped, I have asked 3 seperate times for updates with not one single update, the final time I asked, I said I would initiate a chargeback if I do not receive any updates, they replied with they had sent me a refund today, however, I do not see this refund. I have also noticed a number of fake reviews as well as people experiencing the same issue I am having mixed in. The problem item is 108.99$ and total shipping was 68.69$, I would like to be refunded for the shipping as well.Initial Complaint

Ordered three bottles of rare bourbon (two separate orders). One was canceled and money refunded. The other order never arrived. Despite several emails and phone messages, the store has not refunded my money. They falsely claimed to have sent it (no evidence other than creating a shipping label) and they claimed to have refunded me in full - which they have not. Ordered 1 bottle of bourbon online from this establishment on December 7th, 2024 for delivery. It is January 9th and it still has not shipped. I have asked if the bottle is no longer in stock for a refund but each time they tell me it has shipped. I ordered from this Company on 12/14/24. They took my money and I have yet to receive the product or my account credited.
