I would have rated Living Spaces a zero had I been permitted by the system and would not NOT recommend LS to anyone. I placed an order in June 2022 for a dresser. Upon arrival in July 2022, the item was damaged. I contacted LS and was informed a replacement order would be shipped within a week, which it did not. The replacement order finally shipped in August 2022. In mid-September, I checked the status of the order, only to find out the item had been canceled and marked as "damaged" by the third party delivery company. LS not notify me of this and when I contacted LS they had no knowledge of the item being canceled. PROBLEM. I find it problematic that LS and their delivery company aren't in communication regarding the status product. Where is the supply chain accountability? Nevertheless, after contacting the third party, it was confirmed the item was marked as damage but since no further information was available the third party scheduled the item for delivery. Upon delivery in October 2022, the packaging box and dresser were damaged in the EXACT same location. I called LS and requested a refund. The item was not picked up until November 2022, and I had to call numerous times to schedule a pick up date. PROBLEM. In early December 2022 I was informed the item would be refunded in the original form of payment, in 5-7 business days in which it was not. I called after 7 business days and was informed the item would be refunded in ***** business days, to which the item was not. In January 2023 the item had still not been refunded. **************** has no direct contact with the accounting department and it takes 24 hours to 3 days to receive an answer. I have been told various information on various days. I've also been unable to speak to the on duty manager(s) nor have I received call backs, as promised during numerous calls with customers service representatives. Again, I would not recommend LS due to the poor quality of their products and lack of customer service.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Credit/debit card information is only stored in our system for 90 days from the original delivery date. In the event a refund is processed on the 91st day of purchase will auto default to a refund check as by then the credit/debit card information has already auto erased.
A refund check was issued and voided as the guest requested a name change which further delayed the checks arrival. Once the name change took place and the billing address was confirmed a new check was cut and mailed overnighted on 1-18-2023.

I ordered a bed set on 1/5 to be delivered by 1/9 because I have some important guests coming on 1/22 and will stay for a month. On 1/9, Living Spaces delivered the bed and mirror and told me the dresser was heavily damaged, so they did not deliver it. I opened the bed box and the side rails were damaged. I arranged an exchange. They came on 1/12 and exchanged the bedsides, and delivered the dresser. I opened the box and the dresser was heavily damaged (I believe they just delivered that heavily damaged dresser they had). I communicated to LS regarding this issue through online chat and they told me they cannot deliver a new one until 2/16, and they cannot pick up the damaged one sooner than 1/16, and without me accepting the offer, they scheduled it (God know what they will bring in their next try). Now, I have a bedroom with pieces of a bed, a mirror, and a big box in my living room with a damaged dresser. I am super angry with this order and do not want this bed set anymore. I have spent enough time with this order and am tired. I called to cancel and return the entire order, but I was told I must pay 10%!!!!! While they must apologize for not delivering my order on time or even close to the time they should, they expect me to pay a 10% fine for not being stupid and not accepting the broken bed set delivered piece by piece in 45 days. It appears the dresser is on backorder as we anticipate receiving inventory by 2/15/2023. I bought a bedroom set at Living Spaces in ****** **********. Confirmation code LQK2CF.They charged $100 for delivery and assembly, not free shipping as the add. When they delivered and assembled the bed then left I saw the slats was not at the center a little off at the edge. I called customer service and they said will send someone come over to fixed but I know it won't be strong enough ** the edge was already damaged. I decided to return the whole bed set. They came to pick them up on December 27th 2022 but until today January 13th I just received a little more than half amount I had paid for. I went to the store and called customer service several times , they said I need to pay the pick up return + 10% restock, but they still owned me almost $180. At the end I had paid a lot for buying and returning. So I don't recommend Living Spaces for buying furniture, at IKEA they didn't charged for restocking within 180 days, full refund.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

After review of the account, we show the bed and nightstand were returned due to customer preference, for that reason the $99.00 original delivery fee is nonrefundable, we're also showing a $59.00 pick up fee and a $54.00 restock fee were deducted from the refund for the bed as well as a $12.00 restock fee deducted from the refund for the nightstand.

If the reviews and stars dont give away what terrible customer service is, this review will. We ordered a couch at the end of 2022. Couch was delivered, but the delivery folks scuffed it on our entry way and we had to request a replacement. Replacement was ready for delivery and scheduled for 12/19. On 12/19 the delivery driver showed up 2 hours ahead of the delivery window that was showing on the tracker. When I checked the tracker while on the phone with him, it still says he was elsewhere delivering. Living Spaces said I had to reschedule because the driver couldnt wait. I had to call three times to get it resheduled. Finally on 12/21 I got someone on the phone who could reschedule my delivery and so "kindly" waived my redelivery fee. THE REDELIVERY WAS NOT EVEN MY FAULT so SHAME ON YALL. Nonetheless, the redelivery was rescheduled for the first week of Jan 2023. Of course, today I call to check on the delivery to make sure everything is good to go so that I am home the day of ALL day since the drivers seem to not be in touch with whomever updates the tracker, and theres no "open order to schedule delivery". let me tell yall, I have about had it with living spaces. So now I am on the phone again while the rep tries to find my order. The freaking nerve of a company who charges a ton for furniture, to provide such crappy service. I just want my couch that Im having to replace because they could wrap it up well enough for delivery to prevent damage. Someone better find my dang replacement couch. This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with a company. a couch there over a year ago and I still have a defective couch in my house. They delivered a sectional with the incorrect hardware so the couch doesn't connect properly. They said they would just reorder the chaise part. When it was delivered a few months later, there was the same issue with the hardware connecting. They ordered another one and the day it was to be delivered it was cancelled because it didn't pass ******* control. After hours on the phone, they reluctantly agreed to replace the couch using the warranty which meant I was responsible for getting rid of the couch already in my house. I organized a charity to pick it up and on the day the new couch was supposed to come, it arrived with a huge rip. So after 4 failed delivery attempts and over one year of waiting, I still have a defective product. Every time I try to talk to a supervisor, I can't get anyone on the phone and I'm told they will call me back.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I bought a couch and love seat from this company 2 years ago and also bought their 5 year warranty plan. My love seat a spring fell off and the usb port broke. I reported this to the warranty service website within the 5 year warranty period. I didn't know, reporting this damage was my first time, that you needed to report this incident within 30 days or the warranty will not cover this damage. I do not remember a salesperson from Living Spaces telling me that the policy will not honor your request if you report the damage outside the 30 days. I just wanted to let other people be aware to read the warrant policy before reporting damage because if the occurrence happened outside 30 days the warranty company doesn't cover the damage. The warranty companies portal is not very user friendly and the warrant company puts this 30 days in as a way to get out of fixing customers damage. On the warrant reporting damage make sure to read each question carefully, especially the one about reporting the damage within 30 days because the question has other answers too. For example 30, 45, 60 or other. I do not know why the warrant company has longer days in this question, if they only honor 30 days or less. My only thought is to trip up the customer, so the warrant company does not have to fix the damage. I thought since I have a 5 year warranty policy that any damage even if it was reported outside 30 days that the warranty covers the damage. When purchasing the carefree protection plan, the guest is given a pamphlet that details how to file a claim through carefree as it displays a telephone number and web address. In the event the guest isn't sure how to actually file the claim, instructions are listed on the carefree website as well as Living Spaces, what is covered and what isn't covered is also displayed on the websites. The guest can also call the telephone number listed, for further assistance as well.
The guest has 30 days form the date of discovery to file the claim, as the claims specialist will ask fact finding questions to determine the next step. In the event the claim is filed after 30 days of discovery the claim me be denied. Living spaces covers frames and springs for 3 years, we may be able to assist with the spring issue, however, the usb port is only covered through living spaces for 1 year from date of delivery or pickup, we will not be able to assist with that issue.
If interested in getting assistance with the spring, please email an overall photo of the sofa as well as separate photos of the spring damage to ***************@livingspaces.com. We will review the pictures and advise of the next step.Review fromCatherine K

Ordered a foot massager through their website "chairliving.com". It was outrageously expensive, but this was the one my daughter wanted. Got it on November 27th, but it actually wasn't what she thought, so I contacted them to return it. 3 emails and two phone calls later, they finally responded by email 11 days later. Told them I needed a return authorization # and return label. Had to wait 2 days for a response. They wanted to know if I wanted a different item. I said no, just send me the label. Had to wait 24 hours for another response. They instructed me that it had to be sent back in the original packaging, or it would be refused. I said find, just send me a label. Had to wait another 24 hours and finally got the label. That was a month after my original contact with them. Apparently, they will only respond once a day to anyone. AND THEY ARE CHARGING ME A $** RESTOCKING FEE. i PAID $***+ FOR THIS THING AND THEY ARE CHARGING A 35% RESTOCKING FEE. BEWARE. THEY ARE A ******!!!!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

My wife purchased 6 chairs from your **********, ** location. After receiving them and trying one out, she wasn't happy with them and wanted to return them. With the Christmas holiday going on and the business being closed on Christmas Day it was lost in the mix. I've called and spoken with 4 people in your customer service center. *******, **********, *****, and ********. All have told me the same thing. ********** and ******* both also lied to me stating they were the only managers there and could not transfer me to anyone else. That's who is on your team? As well as them talking over me when I'm telling them how they can help me. They didn't actually want to help me. They just kept saying the same thing. They cannot refund the chairs, and there's nothing they can do. All because I'm outside the 7 day return policy by 1 day, 1 day! They even counted Christmas Day even though they were closed for the holiday. I've worked in customer service and I know there are gray areas where people actually help people. I'm not asking for a refund 30 days later or even 6 months later. The chairs are still in the boxes, we just want a refund so we can have chairs that we love and enjoy. That doesn't sound like a lot to ask for, but apparently it's the end of the world to help a paying customer out. If I knew of all these complaints, I would've never purchased anything. Purchased a ******* table back on 5/7/2022, and received it on 5/22/2022. Began a claim on 5/30/2022, after noticing the pilot holes on the table were missing. And turned out the table was destroyed. Spoke with a customer service rep who told me an exchange will be made and the defective table will be removed. The table was out of stock and no longer sold. Then miraculously the table was back in stock, so I reordered it and demanded to have the non delivery, delivery fee waived since I already paid it in the first delivery. They complied.
After several months of waiting for the table to be shipped from their warehouse, I upgraded to a different table and is now due to be delivered between 1/3/XXXX - X/13/2023. Living Spaces is refusing to honor the rep's ******* of the table on the basis that I didn't call within the 7 days window after delivery (I called after 9 days - 2 days beyond the cut off). Regardless of when the claim was made, the fact still remains that I was told by a customer service rep that the old table was to be removed, and I want that honored. The delivery folks will be in my home anyway so it's not an inconvenience. In addition, the table passed ***** quality control while defective.
I have worked customer service (still do) and have always done right by my customers.
Since COVID many small businesses in my area have closed as well as a 100+ year old large nationally known department store Lord and ******. I've dealt with many stores, and had a few negative shopping experiences that were rectified in my favor which salvaged me as a customer. This store that behaves like customer service is not only bothersome, but a favor. In addition, falsely advertises "Free Delivery" yet charges $***.00 for in door drop off (delivery). For a store that loves boasting about it's celebrity roster of designers, valuing customers isn't their thing and should be out of business.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Returned a bed frame within the allotted time period of one week once I received it. Took Living Spaces one month to process the invoice on their end before I could be refunded, citing it was a vendor issue. Once it was finally processed I asked for a refund, just checked my account and now the refund has not been processed. Living spaces has the bed frame at their facility and now have been charged for it. I've spent over 10+ hours trying to receive my money back and now will have to call back through their broken support system to be refunded my money.
