Spent over ****** for furniture in *************. 6 pieces came damaged. 2 pieces were picked up. But they would not pick up a night stand that was part of the damaged set. Called about 20 times. You can't get ahold of anyone in any store. This was the ******** Living spaces store. Our sales man returned our call once and a text message 1 but with no help from him. The manager said she would take care of the problem and she did not. Left several messages but no response. The furniture that was damaged and the other that was returned has yet to be credited back to our account. I'm so disgusted with Living Spaces in ********, **. No communication. All I want is for them to pick up the night stand that doesn't match anything since the other 2 pieces were damaged. They are probably going to charge me a pickup fee and a restocking fee even though they misled us about getting a matching headboard with the damaged set. Their customer service is terrible. We were looking for a small chair to use as an occasional chair. We went to Living Spaces & found a suitable chair that happened to be the wrong color. They offered to order one as their stock of same was depleted. After weeks of waiting, the chair came & was set up. After trying it out for a couple of days, we found it to be very uncomfortable plus it had a problem with the reclining part. After several days, we decided to try for a different chair as this one was not like the one we saw in the store. We went to the store to discuss the situation with the manager. He was very arrogant & plainly stated that we were stuck with the chair because of the store's policy. We offered to not only exchange the chair but to also purchase a pair of swivel recliners from him also. No dice. He would not even hear ** out. Bottom line, I would be damned to have to pay them to fix this new chair & rest assured they will never get our business again!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Most furniture requires a break in period as well. However, if there is an issue with the reclining portion of the chair, we will need to open a warranty claim and have the item inspected. We purchased a sofa and recliner from Living Spaces. The recliner had to be special order in order to get a chair that didn't rock The sofa arrived this morning but the recliner mechanism on both ends didn't work correctly, Eventually they had to take the soda away with one section still extended as it would not go back into place. The delivery team said we could go back into store and choice another product as we aren't comfortable that the issue with the reclining mechanism won't continue. When we call **************** they said if would cost us 25% of the recliner cost because it was a special order. We argued the order should stopped and the fee waived because the recliner mechanism is unreliable. The first level of manager could not make an exception and we were told we would wait up until 72 hours to hear back from a manager. There is not corporate customer service phone number as far as the first level manager is concerned. I agree that we should have to pay the fee we had make the decision to cancel because we didn't like the chair went it arrived but this situation is about faulty manufacturing that was not disclosed at the time of the purchase.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

After speaking again to another Manager, the restock fee was reversed. It guess it made sense since we called on 12/9 and the piece was not even schedule to be ready to ship until almost 2 weeks later on 12/20. So what are they restocking. Also we purchase other furniture of equal value so they hadn't lost any money. Someone finally understood that you work with the customer and not be so rigid. Negative feedback to other consumers isn't worth $273.35.
I also made a comment about their policy to charge a credit card immediately upon ordering but they needed to allow 5-7 days to refund the monies on a return. I worked in banking, and it seems that the company is taking advantage of several days of float.
After bringing this up today, I did get my credit for my refund which is in just 24 hours. So they have the mechanism to take care of the credit sooner but for some reason they don't.

The item was severely damaged, and it's taking almost two month to get a replacement. Very bad experience as they can not expedite the replacement even though they have the item in stock!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Scammers. Ordered Barstools Brand ** **** Country Y; received Barstools from Brand Z **** Country G; Despite over 20 conversations and 10 photos, I get two responses: Yes this is made in Country Y and no you cannot return them because there's nothing wrong. Bait and Switch to the extreme! Totally dishonest, zero help, and in clear violation of FTC (***) laws. Currently trying to find a lawyer who is willing to help, as no one should be defrauded and ignored by a furniture company--especially one who (on their website) claims to be upstanding and charitable!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

There's little to check as regards your buyers. The facts are plain and the evidence clear. What we need is some actual customer service. We've been promised, on 3 occasions, that this matter would be escalated and that someone call us to resolve the matter of return shipping. We've heard from no one in 6 weeks. We are certainly not going to pay return shipping for items that we did not order. You sold us barstools that claim to be Made in USA and we received barstools Made in Vietnam. I purchased a mattress on 11/8. I got the email that I could schedule my delivery so I scheduled it for Saturday 11/26. They told me my window was 2-6pm. They never came. I used the chat function to inquire they told me I had to reschedule and said sorry for the inconvenience. I rescheduled for Monday and took the day off work. Again, they never came. They also didn't call me either of the first two times to tell me it wasn't coming so I wasted a second day. I used the chat function they told me the same sorry for inconvenience and we're not helpful at all. I called in, they told me sorry this is a nationwide order I can submit a ticket but that's all I can do is have someone call you. Nobody called me. They said they can't do anything to help me since shipping is third party and it is a nationwide order. They told me to reschedule. I rescheduled shipment for today and again took off of work. I finally got a call from Living Spaces to tell me it's not coming today on my third scheduled appointment third full day of clearing my schedule. I asked to speak to management who told me they can't find the item and they shouldn't have scheduled me those three times because the item is missing and she opened a ticket. Therefore, I waisted three full days for nothing. They claim to have called me the first two times the item isn't coming which is not the truth. Nobody is willing to do anything but "apologize for the inconvenience". I called in my this afternoon to Living Spaces and they denied me the right to speak to a manager. *********************** told me there was none available to speak to me. I have made numerous calls, spent significant money, and took full days off of work for a company who doesn't have the common decency to call back there customer they have wronged. So now I will have to wait for them to find the item I guess and call me when they get around to it. I can't believe they treat customers this way.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

As of today I have still not received a call back from Living Spaces. It has been a week. I just called to cancel my order. It is a shame that customers are treated so poorly and can't even speak to an individual who is able to assist them. I will never be ordering from Living Spaces again as this has cost me significant money and time and I still am left with no order or explanation as to why the ball was dropped so horribly. They told me on the phone just now I will be refunded in 2 to 4 weeks once the item is back to the facility. However I was also told the item is lost. So I suppose I will just have to wait and see if I ever see a refund.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

We sincerely apologize for the length of time it has taken to resolve this issue, after reviewing the account we show the refund was processed back to the customers Synchrony account on 12-15-2022. There is a 5-7 business day eta for the funds to reflect the online synchrony portal excluding weekends and holidays. I special ordered a sofa sectional had to wait since it was a custom order, the order arrived in early July I began complying of the fact that most of the pieces had a run in the material, a hole and numerous flaws. I have called and called so many times complaining that in all honesty I suggest no one purchasing nothing from there. I used my retirement money on this expensive sectional hoping it would be my last. Well it will be my last time purching anything from Living Spaces. I placed another call today because I received a large cushion through Amazon and was never notified it was coming much less for what. All cushions are of poor quality foam they are loose like my behind. Save you money and shop else where.Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I saw a chair in their store that I thought I liked and loved the color, I had another appointment so I decided to order on line when I got home. I went on line found the chair, the color I wanted came up as the default color so I ordered. I always thought to default meant that's the color you get unless you special order something else, so I proceeded to order the chair in the default color. The chair was delivered and I hated it. I called customer service to return the chair and refund my money. Their answer was NO! I don't get my money back because it is a custom order and if I would have bought it in the store they would have told me that so it's my fault I don't get my money back. I went round and round a man from the Vista store where I bought it trying to explain my reason why I ordered the chair. I was told it was a custom order and I don't get my money back. The man on the line kept droning on like a computer that its basically my fault. I told him even QVC would give you your money back if you don't like it. He proceeded to tell me that policy changes and I need to know that, how was I supposed to know that! He also made reference to the fact that I am a senior citizen, because I told him I was a senior and could not just blow off $900.00. You need to change your website so even a senior citizen like me could understand it or take it down! Even my son who is a computer whiz was confused when I ordered the Default color! I was told on my second call to customer service that all the upholstery on that chair was custom. So if I wanted the just normal color what would that be? Bad business and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't order a bedpan from you! I hope people read my yelp review!Living Spaces Furniture, LLC

I splurged on a sofa from Living Spaces in ************, **. I purchased the sofa on July 14, 2022. I received the "it's on its way" message on August 24, 2022. The first scheduled delivery date was August 31, 2022. It was to be delivered by a separate delivery service. They had the address wrong. After many frustrating emails...not phone calls, because you can't call Living Spaces directly...I visited them. Thought I had some assistance. On October 18th, 2022 I revisited and spoke with a different person who agreed that I should get a full refund since my sofa was "locked **" ** a delivery hub ** some unknown location. I even hold in my hand a receipt for the refund dated October 18, 2022. Today is November 9th, 2022. I still have not recieved my refund. I've checked with the credit card company. No effort has been made by Living Spaces to refund my money. Isn't this like stealing from the customer? I've been out $3,500.00 since I paid for the sofa on July 14th, 2022. Come on Living Spaces. It has now been one full week since living Spaces said they would get with the IT department to rectify the 3500 "glitch". I still have no money. No sofa. And, it's officially been a four month long headache.
