      1. Order couch 2. Couch delivered. 3. Couch is broken, warranty process begun 4. Couch is deemed needed to be replaced 5. Broken part of sectional is removed from our house, and the incorrect section is delivered 6. We reschedule delivery of the proper part 7. Correct part is delivered and they say the broken half of the couch is our problem now and refuse to take it back So now, I have a broken couch in my living room with no means of getting rid of it. They delivered a defective couch and did not take the broken couch when replacing it. They were going to take it the first time. This has been a months long process and has been nothing but terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. They're truly useless and are peddling garbage.

      Worst experience ever. They refused to deliver my custom furniture any other way then a drop off with no signature. Offered no solution, and I was willing to pay whatever they wanted for a in home delivery. The agents aren't given any ability to assist and just keep stating company policy. If the s**** up they have a million ways to get off it, and continue to charge along the way.

      I purchased a sofa set which came with stains and very poorly made. It looks like it was made at a local bad upholstery shop. The finishing is very bad. Looks cheap.! Nothing like the Showroom pieces. I'm very upset and getting depressed by looking at it every day.

After review of the account, we show you spoke with our Guest Services department on 11/1/2022, we offered to send a technician out to remove the stain or 15% to keep the item as-is. According to the documented notes, you chose the 15% discount. This issue appears to have been acknowledged and addressed on our end. We will be sure to share this feedback with upper management.

      No that is incorrect. I declined the $300 she offered and she told me she had already processed which she did before she confirmed with me and she also said she could not reverse it even though i had told her I don't want it because it's not enough to remedy the problems which i .ensuon in the above complaint. I told her I needed to speak to her supervisor so that I could return the money. She put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back saying someone would be calling me...but no one did until today after this complaint on here. So not I did not get the $300!!

      The only way to fix this is to replace these sofas with well made sofas. There is nothing else that will make sense.

      I placed an order for Bed and mattress at Living Spaces ******** using a *************** financing. The day of delivery came, the installer said we have the mattress but not the bed. So they did not deliver it. I called and called customer service with no resolution success. Then same night i went to Living Spaces in Person and explained them what happened. They asked me to pick a different bed and mattress which i did. I asked them to refund the amount for the previous order and charge the new one. They said they have refunded the previous order and charged the new one. They said refund will show in a few days. I asked them for a refund receipt. The guy was super busy so he said he will email me the receipt. It has been more than 2 months and the refund has still not shown. So they basically have charged me for 2 beds and 2 mattresses. They delivered the bed and mattress 2 days later. I am going to have to take this to Small Claims Court for this issue

      This is the worst service and Delivery that I have received I have a Bed delivered with broken rails for which a rescue was created in 7th July and was promised to be to be relived to me on 9th July and was not delivered and again was scheduled for delivery 29th October which was again declined again I have been waiting for this almost 3 months for had seen twice been declined for delivery on the delivery Date.

      Poor quality, lack of respect for the customer, manipulative, shoddy 3rd party delivery. A nightmare. Run away, don't even think about buying anything here. You will deeply regret it.

      I received a damaged part piece of a sectional, living spaces have replaced it, but they refused to take back the broken piece. It is big and i cant move it or get rid of it without paying a company to take it away. It was delivered like this, never used. What terrible customer service

      I purchased a dining table (top and base) that was 1. delivered damaged and 2. contained identical base-legs, therefore making full assembly of the damaged table impossible. I informed Living Spaces immediately, forwarding photographs of the damage as requested. Living Spaces agreed to refund the purchase price 11 days ago, noting that the refund could take 5-7 business days to post. I contacted customer service on the seventh business day, as the refund had not posted to my bank acct, and was told that the refund would post "tomorrow"--the refund has not posted. Living Spaces needs to make this right.

In the event a customer report damage, defects or imperfections within 7 days of delivery or pickup they are given the option of an exchange, a discount to keep the item as is and or a return for a full discount. We can honor a discount to keep the item as-is, however, in order for the guest to receive a full refund they are required to return the table.

      On 10/18/2022, customer service was contacted and a discount was requested in lieu of returning the damaged items. Customer service offered a full refund for the damaged items. A discount for as-is, damaged items has not been offered by Living Spaces.

      I purchased a dining room table that had many terrible reviews to begin with (Magnolia Home Prairie Dining Table By *************************). I should have listen to them as my table was also delivered damaged as others had mentioned. I tried to reorder the item and it had been dropped from their collection so they cancelled my replacement order (3 times). I kept trying because the table continued to show as available on their website. I finally gave up on it and scheduled the table to be returned. I waited 2 weeks for their forwarder to come pick up. Never heard from them or received a scheduled pick up. I called Living Spaces, they told me to contact the forwarder. I called the forwarder, and they told me to contact Living Spaces. I finally got Living Spaces to retrigger the work order. Now I'm waiting another week for pick up and my confirmation email has the wrong pick up address. Again I call the forwarder, they directed me to Living Space. I call Living Spaces, they directed me to the forwarder. I still have the damaged table. It's too heavy to move. It's currently scheduled to be picked up from the wrong address and no one seems able to help correct the issue. I was charged $40 by the delivery people for a new table (from a different company) to move my damaged Living Spaces table out of the way to make room for the new one. Living Spaces should reimburse me the $40.

      I purchased a bedroom set consisting of bed frame, 2 nightstands, chest with drawers, and armoire back in June. The bed frame bows when my bed is placed on it. They lost my night stand and chest of drawers. When those items finally arrived were broken along with a mirror that is attached to the armoire. I still haven't received the replacements for the night stand or the chest of drawers. The **************** team keeps apologizing, saying they are on it and then disappear for a week. The following week a get a new rep who doesn't know what's goin on and then I have to fill them in. I have emailed the executives twice and no answer. I have evidence of full email threads and pictures to back all of this up. This is the worst experience and customer service experience I've ever encountered. I'm seeking resolution and full compensation.
