      You won't believe how greedy this company is.
      To start I have purchased a full electric sectional
      A very nice dining table
      and then purchased additional seats
      My recent purchase was an outdoor furniture set; sectional, umbrella, and gas fire pit. Yes we have spent thousands here. The outdoor sectional we barley used . The structural support broke and won't support any coushions. All this happened before their 1 year warranty however life happens . I called 13 days after my warranty expiration date and they are refusing to fix it. To begin with its Cheap Horrible Quality, we can't even use it! We had it protected with a patio cover. ******* are hot here in AZ, I was finally getting around to using it which is why I decided to now call. They have a "too bad" attitude towards the whole situation and refuse to back up their own product. Never again will I purchase from Living Spaces and I am certainly going to share this horrible experience

      Went to the store 9/26/2022... no one was willing to help after waiting long time the 1st person tried to help but he couldn't find the chair I was told it was on display but it wasn't. We told saw another chair he told us he was gonna get paper work and get back to us in 5 mins. He never came back. We had to look for a 2nd person she was talking with coworkers no interestin help any customers. We approached her and she gave ** a pricing on a chair and 5yr warranty ... I applied for credit card with her after she gave me credit limit she didn't give me any paperwork. We asked her we wanted to add an as-is rug but she had to leave so she had another employee help us. We we told that employee we want to inspect it before buying it he wouldn't let me inspect a as-is rug i asked him to called for a manager but got a supervisor instead. She allowed me to inspect the rug but when I asked her for my credit card info/ paperwork she said sorry can't get it for you (I feel that the girl stole my credit card info and left the store) I confirm prices again she confirmed they would fix prices at register well got to register they had wrong price on chair and warranty they fixed the chair but refused to fix price on the warranty, I told them well its $16 take off the product it is not my fault I was promised a price and was missed quote plus all the problems they caused me and plus some. Plus the manager still couldn't get me paper for my new credit. I told if they can't honor the price then I'm not going to buy anything ... manager just laughed said okay. Now as I left I called the credit card company to to find out my options and they sent me to fraud department telling me it seems they are running a scam at that location so they froze my credit card account and put the store down as fraud. Be aware this store is running some type of scam stealing people's information.. plus horrible customer service.

      This happened at the rancho Cucamonga ca. Location on 9/26/2022.
      Kimberly was the employee that stole my credit card info.
      Marcus was who refused to let me inspect the as is rug
      Candy was at the register and that inputted the price incorrectly.. (this was what I was told to by corporate)
      Tyler was the manager that refused to figure out fix their issue and laughed me told me he didn't need my sale
      I have reported this to your corporate on 9/26 was told was going to contacted by manager at corporate with in 24hrs. Still haven't herd anything.
      I then called again the 9/27 to corporate and was told i would be contacted by the district manager before end day still havnt received a call. I till this day 10/3/2022 have not herd from no one.

      We purchased our sofa on July 6, 2022. Today's date is 9/25/2022 and we STILL do not have a couch. There is no update on when we'll be receding our couch, as well as the customer service number not having any more information than we do. This entire corporation is a fraud. The service and communication is abysmal and they lack any type of customer service skills. Today, my boyfriend and I will be going in to the store to discuss the issues of not having a couch that we paid $1,200+ for, 3 months later. We were promised delivery by the second week of August, then by middle of September. We are now a couple days shy of October and are still without a couch. Please, please, please look elsewhere and do not shop here if it is AT ALL possible.

      I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I ordered three pieces of furniture, and all three arrived broken on arrival. After calling to see what could be done about this, they offered up to 25% the order. Who would want broken furniture even with 25% off? Now I am trying to return this to get my money back, and they have made it next to impossible to do so. I am considering filing a dispute with my credit card and would encourage nobody to do business with this extremely unprofessional "company".

      SAVE YOUR MONEY, SHOP ELSEWHERE! How to I describe Living Spaces? 1. Deceptive sales tactics 2. Store management staff that doesn't stand behind the products they sell 3. A warranty program that is a complete joke 4. A company you cannot call and deal with over the phone at a local level as you have to physically go to the store to get any resolution because every time they try to transfer you from the 800 number to the local store they have a "technical issue."

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for the unpleasant experience. After review of the account, we on 8/20/2022 the guest called to report spots on their sectional, we asked for photos to determine the next step. The pictures were submitted 8 days later. Our warranty department reviewed the pictures and determined the spots were actually stains. Living Spaces doesn't cover accidents of any kind. With the guest having the carefree protection plan they were directed to file a claim with them directly for further assistance.

      That is in accurate description of what happened. You want longer and deeper details, here we go:

      We were VERY CLEAR at the time of the purchase about our concerns about potential stains and some sort of protectant. We were reassured OVER AND OVER that we had no need to worry and that should something happen, that's what we have the warranty for.

      Fast forward to now where obviously what we were told was a bunch of lies.

      The original claim was made with warranty department whom I was directed to by Living Spaces at the 877.266.7300. When making the claim they stated someone would get ahold of me with 1-2 business days. No one ever called, so I followed up again the following weekend. They claimed to have sent an email to me requesting photos. I explained that email never came and they sent it to me again. I uploaded photos and got a response that it was outside of "their" warranty, and that I had to call Care Free. I took that next step and filed the claim with them. Then I was told that the stains were not covered. Per Living Spaces, and per what is advertised on your website about the warranty it says, and I quote:

      The Care Free Plan is a contract designed to protect your new home furniture investments from life's messy moments. Coverage includes accidental stains, rips, burns and other damage to indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, rugs and adjustable bases. It provides coverage for 5 years post-purchase. You'll have 30 days from the discovery of damage to report a claim.

      I made the claim within the time frame and it was denied.
      I was clear at the time of purchase of our concerns. We were assured not to worry. And here we are worrying.

      Living Spaces decided to partner with the warranty department. Living Spaces decides to inform consumers that accidents will be covered, which is false.

      I had a terrible experience with living spaces. I asked them to assemble everything they said it would be a 100 dollars I said no problem sales person at the store said if I buy everything he will throw in assembly for free they get here an the guy is saying u didn't pay for assembly. Lol. Then I order 10inch mattress an they send me 7 inch mattress an tell me it's there mistake but they have to charge me to fix it. Plus they don't have a number to the store it get routed to some other country. Total joke spend your money else where trust me.

After review of the account, we show indoor drop off as the delivery method, with there being no record of a full service delivery the guest will need to visit the store in person to speak with the manager on duty. We also show an exchange was processed for the correct mattress on 9/15/2022 with a delivery date of 9/18/2022, we aren't showing the guest was charged any additional fees.

      Lets start off by saying this is a horrible company . While in *********** *****, we visited a Living Spaces to look for a sectional. The sales rep was great and helped us find what we had been looking for. We paid **** for this sectional and was told it would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. The 6th week was Aug 26th and that date has come and gone. A few dozen useless calls to customer service and XPO Logistics we still don't have our sectional. I've called both companies every day and they keep blaming each other. I finally got a delivery date of Sept 12th and I had to move a trip around to make sure I would be here to receive the item but it never showed up. I called Living Spaces about this issue and they said someone would call me back and they have not. When on the phone with customer service I asked to cancel my order but customer service can't cancel orders I've been told. They told me to call the Nationwide Outbound Team and this department never answers the phone. Today I let the phone ring for more than 30 minutes and no answer. I then call Living Spaces customer service back and they tell me delivery is now schedule for Sept 19 and now I am forced to move more work days around in order to be home to receive this item. I would really love to talk to someone that can give me a straight answer.

      My wife was sent an email and it said we needed to pick another delivery date. XPO only makes deliveries to my location on Mondays. Therefore, I had only one option and that's September 19th. My wife and I are both at work this day and its not right that I have to take off again to receive my items but I have no choice do I. I would like some compensation because this is unacceptable. Your customer service is horrible and the Nationwide Outbound Team never answers the phone. Half the time I was sent to voicemail right away. When I've talked to someone at customer service I've asked to talk to a manager but I've been told that there are no managers at Living Spaces and then I am told to contact the Nationwide Outbound Team. If there is anything wrong with my items upon receiving them, I will ask XPO to take the items back.

      I have left a review before and they keep wanting to send a tech out after already sending a ***************** out that said that's just how furniture is made now cheap. So I had to give one star in order to leave a review but they don't deserve a star at all. By wanting to keep sending a tech out they are just trying to cover there self. Our furniture looks so bad I just want my money back. It looks like it's years old not just months old. All pillows are going flat and cushions still don't fit right the seam on them are not staying straight wanting to start rounding down over the front. They are sending a tech once again to look at it this morning I just want it gone. We are so disappointed that this furniture isn't going to last long like our older furniture that we still have and looks still so good. Living Spaces you have to make this right so I can stop having to write reviews about our crappy future just look at the pictures you have to agree it's not holding up to anyones standers. This three piece set was over $2,800.00 that's a lot of money to us and we aren't ******* our furniture so expect it to last a long. Please make it right this was rushed when made as you can tell and I'm tired of working so hard to fluff it up every single day I never had to do that with any of my other furniture. Save money on sending these techs out and just refund my money please.
      We have gone into the store they say we need to contact customer service so we do that and no return or we get disconnected just awful customer service. We don't want any more techs sent to our house it's a waist of everyone's time just come and get you furniture and refund me my money Make It Right! Very very unhappy customer.

      Yes a tech came out on Monday name Daniel and said he agreed that the furniture doesn't look good and thought it looked four years old already and said there is nothing he can do to fix it and will say in his report what a poor quality this furniture looks like as it is only a few months old. All I want is for this to be resolved and a full refund on this very poor quality of furniture. Living Spaces you need to make this right once and for all we have now had techs come out and so you just need to refund us our money so we can just move past this. We are tired of looking at this saggy poor quality furniture in our home. My 20 year old furniture looks better then this and the tech agreed. Please make this right

      This is company is a complete joke! We placed an order for a sectional online. We received an email on what to expect for delivery, which included measurements that the door width needed to be. This is the only measurement that was listed in the email with nothing else. We measured to make sure the door was what it needed to be in width. The day of delivery was a mess, we were told the items would not fit. Immediately the delivery men where rude, they started talking **** in Spanish about the delivery and how it was our fault. Needless to say my partner and I speak Spanish which I guess was not obvious to the men. Shortly after my partner started to speak to them in Spanish, needless to say they were in shock when they realized all that was being said was understood! I called customer service to see what options were available and was met with no help, asked to speak to a manager that was just as unhelpful as the previous representative. Needless to say we did not get the sectional they marked it as refusal to accept. So we were given a refund MINUS a restocking fee! All this to not being our faults if they would have made sure their online process covered all bases we would have never went through with the purchase. Were told 5-7 business days to receive the refund, on day 5 today called to check status and was told the refund would be placed!!! So this was not taken care of the day of like I was told by a manager I spoke to who was rude AF, was told that the refund was completed as of today (so basically if I would bot have called this would have not been completed) So now we are back to day one of waiting for a refund another 5-7 business days, this is thousands of dollars might I add. This has been a complete nightmare! This company does not care about your purchase or taking accountability for their faults.BASICALLY paid over $150 for a headache and ended up with nothing in the end and still waiting on a refund that was not processed due to it BEING THEIR FAULT

As per our terms and conditions, It is the consumers responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through all doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If the guest or LIVING SPACES are unable to place or deliver your furniture to the desired location due to fit, you will be charged the appropriate restocking fees (or, for special orders, the non-refundable deposit) in accordance with our return policies. For any tight fit, the driver may request that you sign a damage waiver prior to attempting delivery.

      A refund in the amount of $977.59 was processed back to the card used at point of sale, there is a 5-7 business day eta for the funds to reflect excluding weekends and holidays.
