      Their so called exte ded warranty is a scam! They tell you everything is covered for 5 years, it's a lie! I bought 2 rocker recliners 2 years ago and the seams on both have started to split. I filled out claim for both and they refused to honor their warranty . They said it was because I couldn't list a specific incident that caused0 it. I appealed it and was still told no. I will never purchase from there again.

      I want to purchase a bed that is online only and called to get more information. I called 2x and the people answering the phone are a call center they read off the website about the product same as I can. I asked for specific questions and they cannot answer. I asked for manufacturer name *** they vent give it. I found out the product dies but even come out of their warehouse it ships direct from vendor. How is one suppose to do business like this. How do you run a business this way. I asked for some one to call me. If I do not get a call from a manager who can give me answers to some very simple questions, I will keep writing negative reviews about your service and shopping experience. This is not about the products, its just getting information to make an informed decision!!!

      Awful Customer Service!I cannot express how upset I am right now! This item is simply too small; I placed my order and had my items delivered in February. Now I've had time to sit with the furniture in my space and realize the loveseat is just too small and just does not work for my space. The size of the item alone isn't what's entirely upsetting; it's living spaces willingness to take customers' money and leave them with zero options when an item is unsatisfactory. I didn't plan to have to return the item, and now that I reach out for support, I'm told the return window is only 7 days and there's absolutely nothing the company can do for me?! That's RIDICULOUS! Since the item has obviously lapsed the arbitrary 7-day window, now I'm stuck with this useless and tiny piece of furniture! I recommend you simply do not buy this love seat unless you only plan for children to sit in it. I also recommend you shop around at a different merchant with a better return policy because Living Spaces sucks! Now my only option is to spend more money to buy the next size up because I need my furniture set to match.

      deceptive practices. they sale mattresses and push the ************** company warranty and then add need to pay $100-$200 for mattress cover to ensure no damage to keep warranty valid. they dont tell you if any issue with ******** the manufacturer warranty is void the minute u buy from retailer living spaces!. the retailer living spaces store must warranty item per purple. mattress hybrid with defect and called living spaces. *** $100 for tech to come look. next day told warranty voided due to spot on mattress.... nope no spot!!! i call and agree pay another $100 for another person to come verify mattress no stains but they refused. i asked for copies of all the pictures taken that day. i got 2 and what i see dust from hand print when tech touched to flip mattress. gave no thought to that on day of inspection and dusted off. told living spaces this and requested copy of all pictures. told they have policy and cant provide the "guest " with pictures they have. they must choose when they want to follow company protocol because as i told representative , living spaces sent 2 pics. why not all? because there are pictures that prove my claim and they choose to only send what supports their erroneous conclusion. i got email from living spaces warranty department for me to call purple mattress for warranty! ... purple informed me the store makes own policy on warranty if not purchased directly from purple.... why dont the sales people tell us that? i notified the supervisor in warranty **** of living spaces and get message back " that it was sent to in error by warranty department" !... humm ... sales people/ living spaces employees are not trained or intentional. Either way the consumer looses . i suspect this is the standard practice. unfortunate that i now know living spaces is not a reliable or trust worthy company. reputable companies would acknowledge when mistake , take accountability, prevent in future and make new plan.

Upon further review of the account, we show a manager contacted the customer on 3/4/2025 to further discuss but received no answer. A message was left for the customer advising that the tech was sent by the manufacture, and they would have to file another claim but to make sure that the photos are clear, and the mattress has no stains. Photos and notes submitted by the tech is for internal use only and it not to be shared with outside entities.

      HORRIBLE ***************** Do not buy from these folks. I paid $600 for a rug that was delivered defective. The backing is sewn incorrectly so there is a huge bubble when you walk on it. We remodeled our home so we couldn't roll the rug out until 15 days after it was received... after our new tile floor was installed. As soon as we unrolled it I called to inform them of the issue and they said since it was 7 days past delivery there is NO returns and there was nothing they would do about it. I purchased the extended warranty but they say that's only for spills and damage, not defective workmanship. BUYER BEWARE.

      I have never used this business before but we decided to utlize them for a new bed. At first my family and I were super excited we were even able to move our delivery date sooner per living spaces emails and notifications. The night before our delivery date I received a text around 6pm confirming date and time. The oddly 3 hours later I received a text message saying my delivery is ready to be scheduled? I ignored it thinking this was a scam.. next day comes and we heard oathing for hours until I chatted with them and was advised my delivery was cancelled due to issues loading the delivery and not passing inspection, i was informed of 3 options, reschedule delivery which would be 4-6 weeks out on the same product, I can choose a different bed set (no credit no compensation) or I can cancel which seemed to be the only option they wanted me to choose. I wanted compensation for this issue and was told I would hear from the local office within 24 hours about 30 hours later I called customer service and they had no idea what I was talking about and then said "ohhh I see the notes here so would you like to cancel?" I wanted ti speak to a manager which apparently none were available. I wouldn't recommend this business very poor service. I never received a call from management or the local store

      The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased an entire bedroom set and paid the extra fee for installation/delivery. The guys came, put it together, no problem. They mentioned no issues and left. A year later, I was moving to a new house and upon moving, we tried to deconstruct the bedframe and realized that the delivery men had completely stripped the holes where the nails go into holding the footboard and rails. Called Living Spaces customer service to see if we could get replacement pieces - We'd even pay for it but perhaps at a cheaper cost. They basically said there was nothing they could do as the 1-year warranty was past. I tried to communicate to them that it's not a warranty issue, it was an installation issue by their delivery men that should have been flagged and communicated to me at the time of the assembly. They wouldn't budge and now I'm out an entire bedframe that I wanted to match the rest of my bedroom set.

Concerns regarding the furniture that are not reported within the one-year manufacturer warranty period will be denied upon the expiration of the warranty, as there is no evidence to suggest that the drivers stripped the screws prior to the customer's disassembly of the bed, we are unable to move forward with this claim.

      Completely understand about the 1-year manufacturer warranty. However, it's poor customer service when your delivery/assembly team doesn't inform you that there were issues or errors when they assembled the piece of furniture. Had they done that and made the customer aware of the issue at the time of assembly, I could have fixed the problem and been covered by the 1-year warranty at that time. This is especially poor customer service given the delivery/assembly was purchased for a special/added fee. Consumers should be treated better than this.

      I cannot believe how many reviews are listed with the same issues and this company has not figured it out by now. Man I wish I read these before I shopped here! I have all the same complaints...no customer service, no answers, and no couch. We ordered a couch in early January and received a delivery notification and delivery window for February 7th. We got rid of our couch to make room. As time when buy on our delivery date...no couch. I called **************** and was told the couch had not even shipped yet and I would receive a new delivery date. Since then I have had 3 more scheduled deliveries that never happened with no real explanation or help from customer service. If we want to be in our family room we have to sit on the floor. Such a bummer when spending that kind of money. Figure it out Living Spaces...do better.

Upon further review of the account, it appears that the items were being transferred from another warehouse as the nearest warehouse was out of stock. Unfortunately, the transfer experienced significant delays, which led to Living Spaces having to reschedule the delivery to 2/26/2025. We have shared the details of this complaint with upper management for further review.

      I ordered two sets of barstools about a month ago. Ive been going back & forth with customer service because they sent defective screws and I cannot put together one of the stools. Ive sent pictures etc of the screws to customer service and havent received a response from anyone after being told they would contact me, so I basically have new furniture I cannot use. ??

      We purchased a living room set, two separate orders. We went back to get some lamps we wanted (third trip). We had questions so the gentleman who was helping us called the manager over. She immediately started treating us really bad as soon as she walked up, she treated us like we were trying to steal from the company, even though we just spent $4500.00 on furniture and were about to spend another $550.00 on lamps. This manager started rolling her eyes and smacking her lips when we started to ask questions. She was extremely rude to us but to the Caucasian customers she was sweet as pie. I don't know if it was because of our skin color/heritage or because of my disability. I didn't like the way she was treating us so I started out the door as I was passing her, she called me a b**** I left in tears. We didn't do anything wrong, we were asking questions and that is what she is supposed to do. I have left several messages, reviews and now the BBB because I am being ignored by the company. I will never step foot inside any of their stores. They lost an additional 15k in purchases because of how I was treated and what I was called. We had already picked out a king size complete bedroom set, a queen size complete bedroom set and a dining room set, which we were planning on getting but I will never step foot into their company locations because of what she did. I'm already emotional about my disability and it is worse now than ever before because I am scared to go anywhere and being judged by people like her! I've tried contacting them, I get the run around, once I say what she called me, everything goes silent. I honestly wonder how many other people she has done this to? Made them feel like they don't belong? Worse company because of one person's actions!
