  Purchased a complete patio cover for my home that was insulated and covered for rain protection. Project was completed and looked good, but didn't hold up to rain that occurred a few months later. We contacted the sales person *******************************, sharing video and pictures of the leaks that were happening, but didn't receive a response. After many attempts, we finally received a text back that he would send somebody out to inspect the sealant, and fix what would be the potential problem. After the next rain storm we had, the leaks were not corrected. After multiple attempts to contact him again about the persisting problem we didn't receive a response. In fact when he finally answered our call he proceeded to tell us that our builder was the problem. I asked how that could be so, because the patio was a separate install, and the leaks were coming from the patio itself? ********* then said there was nothing he could do because the roofing done by the builder was not something he could control. I was a bit confused because the leak has nothing to do with the builder considering there has never been a leak, and also the leak is not on the roof, but directly above the patio covering that there company installed. The most frustrating part of the whole situation is the communication, and accountability. He has offered no remedy except to blame the builder who for 2 years has had no issue until he installed the patio and the leak is a few feet away from the roof. After paying 20k+ for the project I would consider CS patio to not be a company anyone can trust. In fact, it might be questionable that they are a legitimate business to begin with. Accountability and **************** is the key to proper business edict, and this was not our experience with CS Patio. Nothing is perfect, but making things right is what all consumers hope for!

  *** called with a leak concern previous rain (about 3 weeks ago) for the first time, I sent my team within reasonable time as stated in my contract that we have up to 45 days to address it. I believe it took us like 2 weeks to stop in and check. We saw a very small area that could have caused a leak but not really anything that would stand out, everything was pretty much completely sealed again and pictures taken. We have pictures to show from when we stopped in. Had a call back this past weekend 2/3/24 (we don't work on weekends) and his wife stated the leaks were the same. The same to me means there is something else causing that water draining to the edge or perimeter or somewhere along the patio. I went to explain that many times in situations like this once we go back a 2nd time and inspect underneath roof tiles because we have found water seeping under roof tiles draining down to the drip edge of the roof and seeping under the drip edge eventually leaking or dripping water to the patio. Once water leaks or drains to the point it is visible then it can travel along seams , edges, connections, etc eventually dripping to the floor. Those types of leaks are never noticeable without a patio cover structure in place because rain water will drip all along the fascia board of houses unless you have rain gutters in place collecting rain water but not the case in this house. I strongly believe this explained scenario is happening but would need to inspect it by removing a few roof tiles near the areas of present leaks and inspecting for water stains. We have many pictures of different projects that we have come to discover these scenarios. Now, these leaks will not damage the house since they are being protected by the black paper under layer, that black paper is in place for that reason and that is why water under tiles never leaks into attics or ceiling. Same explanation was given to *** and pictures have also been sent. *** started using profanity language over the phone and also threatened to break my neck if he saw me in person. this person is violent and has anger management problems. Lacks proper and respectful communication when dealing with the situation. If threats continue I will be forced to get law enforcement involved with a restriction order for my safety. Lastly, his 1 start review represents nothing but anger ands has nothing to do with the project completed. I invite anyone from the BBB to walk the job with us in person. This job has a full city permit by ************* and was professionally inspected and approved by the city also.
