    I am writing to file a formal complaint against the Suzy Crawford Coaching-Freelancer to CEO program, deeply disappointed by a multitude of issues that have left me feeling misled and financially compromised. Firstly, despite joining the program in July, my participation was significantly delayed due to frequent rescheduling issues on the programs behalf, impacting my ability to benefit fully from the program. Secondly, while my initial call with Suzy ********************** promised personalized support and a tailored experience, the onboarding process was rushed, and my inquiries were met with annoyance, leaving me with unanswered questions. The program's *************** which was touted to have standing meetings, proved to be inconsistent. Attendance fell significantly short of expectations, with many members appearing to be pre-established partners or employees of Suzy **********************, focused on their existing roles rather than providing support to newcomers. Efforts to secure one-on-one time with **** were futile, and out of the supposed 16 "standing" group meetings, only six were held as scheduled, with the rest being rescheduled frequently due to hosts personal reasons. Most recently, another series of meeting rescheduling prompted me to express my deep dissatisfaction via email. I requested the money-back guarantee that had initially been offered, given the continual disruptions and lack of value for my investment. Unfortunately, this request was denied which further compounded my frustration. In conclusion, the Suzy Crawford Coaching program not only failed to deliver on its promises of tailored support but also exhibited a troubling pattern of prioritizing pre-recorded content and established relationships over genuine coaching and support for newcomers. I am submitting this formal complaint in the hope of addressing these issues and seeking a resolution that can prevent others from experiencing similar challenges.
