    Wasn’t sent what I paid for.sent a much lesser quality car lift no serial or model number also *** who does the safety certification told me that the on lift is not a valid number lift is not operational now as lift safety latch is not working and was repaired once already

    We have told the customer that he has to call the
    manufacturer of the lift, and the manufacturer is Forward Lift, and their
    number is ************. The warranty is under the manufacturer. They want him
    to call the local Forward Lift tech representative, so they can come by and
    assess his issue. We gave him the phone number of the technician.



    The technician is Auto Equipment, and their phone is
    9************



    His lift Serial Number is N** *** *****



    We told him
    before in many emails that they needed to call Forward Lift. We even gave him
    the person to contact over at Forward Lifts. He needs to call ************,
    Press Option 6, which is customer service. I told them to ask for ****** He was
    expecting their call.



    He was
    claiming that it's not even a Forward Lift, which it is since I called the manufacturer
    and they gave me the serial number for it.



    The bill of
    lading shows it came from Forward Lifts coming from ******** ******** and shipped
    to ***********, CA. The lift was shipped with YRC freight, and the tracking
    number is
    ************. It was delivered on 01/18/2023. The equipment
    was installed by the owner or whoever he hired to install it.



    The solution for him is to call Forward Lifts or the technician
    they recommended he needs to reach.

    Hello ******, Yes we sent the right lift, maybe your installer switch out the lift. All we know is that Forward Lifts sent you a lift, that we order and the serial number is correct. So whom ever install may have switch it on you. We didn't install you had it installed.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    I am the installer no and it wasn’t swapped out this safely feature is installed at the factory I can’t believe that you have decided to help these people with a bait and switch.The safety certificate is invalid according to the people that test them *** this is a very serious issue people could be killed!
