5 starsTHE BEST!! Ive had the pleasure of purchasing lifts from eAutotools twice in the past couple of years. Both times I received the best pricing which is always good, but above all the customer service was GREAT!! During my most recent purchase of a 2 post lift I had a bunch of questions while trying to decide on which lift was best suited for my needs, they were very helpful throughout the process. I made a purchase on this site of some mueller kueps tools and I could not see the order in my profile and I called customer service and they told me that they were going to cancel my order because it said something about fraud when the withdrawal appears in my bank account, I don't understood, I do not recommend buying on this site the worst experience

This customer placed an order the day before, and he called the next morning asking for tracking.
We told this customer we could not fill his order because of a possible fraud score. The order was canceled and voided right away.
I even offer to send the customer a fraud score screenshot showing him why we could not fulfill his order. It's for his protection and ours.
