      I had their warranty forever plan on my car. I spent a lot of money doing the required maintenance. My transmission went out. Even though there's proof of me getting the maintenance at a certified GM dealer, because I didn't call in, my lifetime was void. No forgiveness. Now I have to pay more out of pocket. A phone call to pre-authorize is more important then getting the actual, required, maintenance. Trash

Benefits are as listed on the contract, and claims are reviewed in accordance with the contract. Per your contract, You may have the required maintenance procedures performed by a Repair Facility that You choose. However, if You choose to have the maintenance performed by a Repair Facility other than the Selling Dealer, you must call the Administrator in advance of each, and every service not performed by the Selling Dealer. Failure to do so will result in denial of coverage under this Contract. Warranty Forever is complimentary program offered by your selling dealership, with no cost to the policy holder. We would be more than happy to review any additional maintenance records that you have. Please contact us at ************.

      Had a representative by the name of Lily! Loved everything about her, she listened, she was patient, understanding and she turned my 3 hour wait at the dealer into a 12 minute process as soon as I called personally. :) overall, I admire the companys ability to always assist the customer especially when I was already having a rough day due to two flat tires lol

      I was able to contact a contract administer and she really helped me get a refund from the dealer I bought my truck from, I was able to cancel 2 of my contracts, i really appreciate what she did for me.

      Before I talked with **** yesterday, I had not had any good experiences with Portfolio, and it wasn't until a family member had to file a GAP claim with another company that I realized there had to be a better way. I hesitantly called again and got ****! She was empathetic, professional, and personable, making me feel she cared about the months-long dilemma. My months-long issue was resolved, and we are in the last stretch of getting this closed out so my daughter can get a car. It's been since September, and this has been a long time coming.

      I recently bought a vehicle and wasnt well informed of this product so I wanted to cancel. The dealer wasnt being helpful with my request soI called the administrator number shown in the contract and they did not want to help cancel this contract either. The contract clearly states I can contact portfolio one to cancel their service. They keep referring me back to the dealership even though its their product and regardless of what the contract says. If only they made canceling as easy as it is to get their product. Very unprofessional and upsetting that we still have companies who make it impossible to cancel their services.

      ****** ****** was very helpful with getting our warranty contract updated to reflect both buyers of the car. The process was very simple and I appreciated how during my first call she let me know to reach back out to her if I had any questions. She has taken a lot of worries off my mind!
