    We contracted with Christian Brothers on 7/5/22 to replace carpeting in a condominium unit through the ****** referral program. The total job was $2,941 which was paid in full up front. The proposal and the agreement we signed included two ****** Cash Cards, one for $295 and one for $147, to be received upon completion of the job. We were to receive the cards 4-6 weeks after the completion of the work, which was on 8/4/22, per an email I received from the salesperson.I have sent multiple emails to *************************, who I was told was the manager, on 9/6/22, 9/11/22, and 9/16/22 but received no response. On 9/19/22, I called the office and explained that I had received no replies to my messages and that I was trying to track down the $442 we are owed. I was connected with *********************** who scheduled the installation for our job. He said that the paperwork was "awaiting signature" by the homeowner and that was why the moneys hadn't been received. Apparently this signature was supposed to be obtained at the time of installation, but they had no record of it. The installer did present me with a paper to confirm that the job had been completed and I did sign that in his presence.**************** indicated that he would send the form over immediately via email so that we could sign it. I told him I would return it back to him quickly so it could be submitted to ******. I sent him an email with a CC to ********************** on 9/19 so that they could just reply to my email with the needed form, as opposed to being delayed by finding my correct email or due to a misspelling. As of now, I have received no further communication from **************** or **********************.
