    I pointed out all my exotic ************* that I had just landscaped to ******* during the walk thru. She assured me they would be careful & put tarps down. When I would draw attention to a problem, she spent 5+ mins arguing why she didn't have to fix it or that sloppy work was their "norm". I saw ******* run caulking (their go to for EVERYTHING) 1/4" from the crack. Another crew member said they "Don't paint straight lines", after I asked 3x to fix their sloppy work. When they finally left, they had decimated my front+side yard & broken EVERY EXOTIC plant I had, broke a bridge, planter & a cut cable. They didn't put down tarps for the most of the job, so paint/splatter got on 72 pavers, bricks, my driveway, ************** The trash they left each day was unacceptable. I had to go out after they left & pick up trash, EVEN OUT OF MY NEIGHBORS YARD! They did replace 22 pavers, but left them out front on the drivway, spilling more paint on them. I asked them to move them to the side yard where they needed to be, I was told "NO!" When I asked them to clean their mess on the side yard, they claimed it wasn't theirs. ******* said it was already dirty. I pointed out that she had done the prewalk thru with me & knew that I had just landscaped ****** had pictures to prove what condition it was in. ****, one of the workers said "Prove it". I brought the pic up on my phone. Then ******* said "well you have been walking back and forth on it", but only the workers had been over there. Then she tried to blame it on nature,the excuses never stopped. **** had the nerve to say he would do it for $200, although cleanup is covered in contract. Stucco patch, a textured material, should have used for patching the Stucco, as covered in the contract, ******* absolutely refused, globing on caulking instead! I was forced to deal strictly with *******, who was rude &argumentative, as the owner won't take calls. I was told by the owner they would come back & clean/touch up, they never did.
