Unlicensed contractors in CA are prohibited from providing jobs costing more than $500 in both labor and materials. BBB reached to the business requesting that they address our licensing concerns and as of today, the business has not responded.

According to California Business & Professions Code 7027.2, a person who is not licensed as a contractor may advertise for construction work only if he or she states in the advertisement that he or she is not licensed under this chapter. BBB reviewed the company’s website and they are not advertising this required disclosure. The website also advertised several services that require a contractors license.
