Great experience-the technician was able to come earlier than scheduled and he let me know in advance. He assessed the non-working dryer situation and was able to fix the dryer right away.Puls Technologies, Inc.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Called for repair for my dishwasher and they Sent a technician out he could not fix it that day was only there to see what the problem was. He had to order part. Was told that I had to pay in 2 installment was 89$ for service charge but was charge 112$ the difference was to use the payment system. They set me up for appointment without asking if the time ok. The part did not come in so the waited beyond the appointment time to let me know that they would not be coming. When they got the part put in the dishwasher started to leak in the same place, the came back out and had to order another part that will be 2 weeks later. They keep making appointments to repair and don't show up. Have ask numerous times for them to ask if the time is ok they have disrespectful keep making appointments and my dishwasher still has not been fixed.Puls Technologies, Inc.
