      My technician was very knowledgeable and professional and most importantly, was able to fix my A/C plumbing problem. I have been struggling to fix the issue for the past year (yes, year) and up until now nobody had been able to fix it. Highly recommend!

      THIS BUSINESS IS RUN BY LIARS AND THIEVES!I needed a washer fixed, so I looked for an appliance repairman on ****** and **** popped up. I didn't think too much of the service and diagnostic charges, but then the problems came when the technician didn't fix my appliance. After we had the tech back at our home, he reinspected it and told me which parts to order for it. After I ordered them, I was contacted by the support team and told that my guarantee was no longer valid because the service was going to include customer ordered parts (nevermind the fact that I ordered them from the manufacturer). And now, a month after our original appointment, they contact me again and send me a faulty appointment time and a $15 service charge. I contacted our tech and he had no idea about the appointment with his name on it. This is no way to run a business. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

The scheduled appointment is the time frame that the technician provided in which we offered to you. Additionally, we are not sure about the $15 charge as we did not received any payment under your name with that [payment.

      DO NOT use this company!They fail to tell you upfront that there is a minimum of a two hour service charge. My technician was there for 30 minutes and charged me $392.00.When I queried the charge, he gave me no answer.The replacement part was a fan that you can purchase directly from ** for sale approximately $65 max with a #Warranty. They charged me $327 for the same exact part claiming via customer service that theyre paying for a #Warranty. Again, ** warranties their products. You dont have to pay an extra $260 to get a warranty on that part! As the technician could not provide me with any answers, I called customer service. And their answers were as I indicated above.I was paying for an extra warranty on a $60 part and they charge for a two hour minimum which I have still failed to find in the appointment sign up. I CANNOT Recommend the use of this company ever!

      Apologies for any inconvenience caused. As explained to you over the phone, we do not charge for hourly hour on appliance repair.

      As stated on the website:

      How do service call fees work?
      A technician will review scope of work in-person and confirm their service rates with you. If you wish to move forward with the repair, we will deduct the service call fee from the total price offered by the technician.

      You can also decline the repair and simply pay $89 for the service call.

      **** believes in complete transparency. We always provide upfront, clear, standardized pricing. All our technicians are highly skilled and the labor price we charge is based on our technicians' expertise & the quality workmanship we deliver. We always provide customers repair quote after our diagnosis, and we move forward with the repair only upon customers' agreement to the price. We never pressure customers into a repair they do not wish to be completed at the price quoted. We respect our customers to make the decision to repair or replace the unit, our technicians do not make that decision for our customers.

      As for the Membership Plan, after reviewing the appointment details, you were sent a secure Payment link which gives you the option to choose the discounted price with the membership and a price without. Upon payment, you chose the discounted option with the Membership.

      We do not cater warranty for ** as well as we are not affiliated with them.
