**** service ********* appt was between 8AM and 10 Am. ****** arrived at approximately 0945. I told him I had went to ***** and the problem was it was on demo mode. I showed him the video he called technical support and it was one step that we missed as my stove is s newer model. He was here all of 9 mins but my bill was $89.00. It is what it is. Thank God I diagnosed my own issue.Puls Technologies, Inc.
