      Excellent service. ***** was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, was not able to get my refrigerator to work as the compressor was shot. Valiant effort by ***** trying to fix the appliance.

      **** service ********* appt was between 8AM and 10 Am. ****** arrived at approximately 0945. I told him I had went to ***** and the problem was it was on demo mode. I showed him the video he called technical support and it was one step that we missed as my stove is s newer model. He was here all of 9 mins but my bill was $89.00. It is what it is. Thank God I diagnosed my own issue.

      ****** arrived promptly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, explained in detail what was wrong with my dryer and fixed it right away. I was very impressed by his professionalism and approach to the problem.He also explained how to clear the issues with my warranty.
