1 starAbsolute worst expeirience - they constructively got rid of my account after buying out the company I had been using - I have monthly service 9 months a year then take winter off (always) upon requesting the monthly service resume in the Spring they informed me I would have to pay $150 to resume then I was told when I called back to speak with a supervisor that I would no longer have the prior rate and that I would have a 50% increased - GOODBYE LEECHES - . **************** is non exisitant - FORGET these big companies that could care less about thier customers. The only bug here is the ********************** company itself - they stink! Run don't walk to the next company . . . anyones better than this "nationwide" group!Review fromAli T

We used Clark Pest Control from 2021 to 2024. This review is regarding Clarks delinquent procedure and their lack of effort to help their customers resolve this issue. After cancelling service in November 2024, we received the first notice of a past due payment, I immediately called Clark about the $47.00 balance and received confirmation that no balance was due. Then five months later, I received another past due notice stating a balance of $62.00 ($15.00 of finance charges were added.) This letter stated, If no contact is made in regards to payment in the next 10 business days following the date of this letter, your account will be sent to a collection agency and may be referred to the credit reporting agencies. Immediately following this letter, I made two calls to resolve this stating each time that I had called back in November 2024 and was told no balance was due. I also requested that someone call me back. Rather than calling me back, I received via email invoices of the charges and the ledger reflecting the charges. During the second call, I told the Clark agent that I would pay the $47.00 only and was told she could only take payment for $62.00 since she was not authorized to take the finance charges off. I requested a call back from someone who would accept payment of $47.00. After waiting two days for a call back from Clark, I place a third call to Clark and this time the person explained that she would process the $47.00 payment and would let the head office decide the finance charges. As a side note, in the third call, the Agent stated $67.00 was due. Clark had assessed another finance charge of $5.00. It seems to me that Clarks business practice is to send delinquent notices threatening collection action with the effect of individuals paying their requested amount without push back. Clark was never going to return my calls, and the finance charges would have continued to add up.Clark Pest Control, Inc.

*** signed up for alternate monthly services with Clark Pest Control in September of 2021. We continued to provide this service until January of 2025 when *** canceled her account. The last service was performed on 11/18/24 for a charge of $99.00. ***s account was setup for automatic monthly payments of $49.50 which were applying backward to previous charges. When *** contacted our billing department to inquire about the balance shown on her invoice, she was misinformed by our representative who told her nothing was owed. After the automatic payment on 12/15/24, $47.00 remained open and began to accrue finance charges.
*** made multiple subsequent requests for clarification on this matter, and we failed to respond in a timely manner. On 05/02/25, *** made a payment of $47.00, and we removed $20.00 in finance charges which brought the account balance to $0.00. 1 starWhere do I start. I have used Clark several times over the years. No problems. This time!!! I called them because I saw a swarm of termites in my livingroom. They came out and did an inspection and said they would place underground traps around the permiter of my house. I told them they already drilled holes all around my house. They said there was a new product they were using. Ok. I went out to see how they were doing and they had placed these saucer sized things in my lawn. I told them that was not acceptable so they dug them up and moved them to a better location. First I was told that the new product installation would be $1200 and $50/month for maintenance but I had to sign up fo 3 years in order to get the "deal". Then they said I had a lot of dry rot work that needed to be done and it would be around $5000. I foolishly said ok. When they started work, there were several different "crews" over the coming week. Each time they changed crews something else would come up. Change orders for every time they pulled off a window frame they "discovered" more dryrot. Long story short, now my bill is $9740!!!! When I tried to pay with a credit card, I was told I could not because it had to go throught their finance company who charged 22% interest! WTH?? It has been since April and I have yet to receive an invoice from this mystery finance company. Worst service ever. Even Clark's finance department could not figure out what was going on.Review fromRob O

Disc mice in garage. First call to clarks they wouldnt touch until they could access. Set 25 traps Called junk guy found nest. Helped. Called prof service to help and *******. Getting there. Got to lawndry area saw insul /wallpaint on garage floor. More ****..looked old? Dont know. Endless nights of reading, loss of sleep, fortune in traps trying to get ahead so Clrks can come and assess. Saw insul and broke down in panic. Called clarks (i have gopher service..my gopher guy great). Clarks comes out. Asks about my gophers. I said ive called 3 times about mice..i have a gopher guy. I have brand new fresh trsps set strategically. Not a mouse in any. Not mouse in 3 weeks. Clarks arrives. I explain from day one everything. Show him the photos of insul/poop. He looks all over says i did great job. Im shaking..i have a sinking feeling. He does a quick flash around says "looks good..u would see this on benches". Ok, so what about this hole near pipe? No mouse in traps.fresh set night before. "Can you put steel wool or something?" Says yeah . Gets it from truck .plugs up holes. *** sits in his truck 10 mins, i need exclusion, writing it up, will put on my door. Im still shaking and sobbing about the entire ordeal. He was nice, but was sure to let me know "clarks is there for me" . I calm down. No note on the door, maybe mail? No idea. No one has called. Next day my gut/santizing service is delayed a day. Ok..go out to garage and hazmet up Start looking at same area he flashed a light on..no p*** Still no p*** today. Looking 4 inches onto the bench p*** ..and more p*** Looks old and dry. He was do quick and flashed so fast he didnt bother. How this ended is my concerns werent met, i felt like i knew more about mice (read maybe 110 hours on anything mice) spent almost 1k on traps, cleaning supplies, gloves, hazmat suits and masks..learning im out of my deapth, but clarks completely missed what i saw in 1 min or less? 1 starNot trustworthy. I signed up for services last summer to spray perimeter for spiders. They never came out on time. They would auto call and say they were coming and not show up. Then show up unannounced, unable to get into the back yard. I called to cancel after 6 months and they said it was actually 6 services. Last month they notified they would be out on a Sunday, we waited around to let them in the back yard and they never came. I called today and they said they notified me of ****************** by mistake And actually came the 24th. No receipt of service was left so I dispute that they ever actually came and provided service. I asked for a refund, they denied it but said they would cancel my service. I asked for confirmation of the cancellation but have yet to receive it. They are really good at taking payment but not so good at providing service.Review fromColleen C

Clark charges m ****** to spend 2 minutes to walk the perimeter of my home and look for entry point of mice as I have 1 in my wall. He showed me 1 possible entry point. Told me to place a brick in front of it. He than called the office and said, it will cost 380 to place traps and He will come by 1x a week for 4 weeks to check them. He was in such a hurry to get the deal done and leave.After he left, I walked perimeter and found 3 more entry points. Went to HD bought steel wool and blocked them up. I looked to see where his traps were placed. He placed 2 .Looks like he just threw them under the house. That's all he did. Charged me ****** for what? What a rip off. I went back to HD bought traps than placed them strategically under my home. So far, my traps have produced 1 mice. Basically, ****** for 2 minutes of his time. Do it urself peeps. He even wrote my email address incorrectly on the paperwork.Clark Pest Control, Inc.

Upon receiving *********************************** review, our Manager contacted ******* to address her concerns. *******'s review was based on the initial visit which was an inspection and estimate. She confirmed that the day after she posted the review, our representative returned to her property to perform the full service which included a walkthrough and full explanation of the rodent control process.
******* complimented our representative's work and assured our Manager that she is satisfied with the service and will continue doing business with Clark Pest Control.

Rep was great. ****** blew a circuit while tented for termites. I had to replace all of my food. I know that was not necessarily of they're doing but I was told I would get a check for $150 to help offset the cost of replacing my food. That never happened. I contacted them to let them know I still had not received it and was told the check is in the mail. I should have known...Clark Pest Control, Inc.

In a show of good faith and appreciation for Judys business,on 10/04/23 our manager offered a refund of $150.00 to ********************* to help offset the cost of replacing food items lost during the fumigation treatment. On 10/06/23 this adjustment was applied to ***** account, but unfortunately the refund check was not issued. Upon receiving Judys review on 11/28/23, we investigated the matter and found this error.

I am giving *** the 5 star rating! I had a mouse outside & *** was on it right away! He set traps & the next morning there was a mouse in one of the traps! *** was our Clark service person for a couple of years & then his route was changed. I really miss him as he was (is) always prompt, he goes above & beyond when servicing, he is honest & he is so knowledgeable! Any problem that I have had, he can solve that problem! His suggestions are always helpful & correct & he goes over & above to make the ************* results successful! He is very personable yet very professional! *** is definitely an asset to your *********** hope that one day we will, again, be one of his route customers!***********************, *******Clark Pest Control, Inc.
