    Hello, I wrote an lengthy email to the manager of the long beach crunch location. They ended deleting my account I can't access it. Still no refund. The names of the employees are **** ******** -Fitness Manager, **** ****** - Manager, ******,******** *****, and ********* *******. I cancelled both memberships/subscriptions on the 2/12. As you can they charged the final ***** on 2/12/25 because I didn't give them a final 30 day notice. The fitness training contract says you have five days to cancelled before you're locked into the contract. Excluding holidays and sundays.I did the kickoff on 2/6/25 Thurs. I paid $50 because ********* and ****** said they'll spilt up the cost plus they'll give a discount.I got charged $93 the next day .Not including all of supposedly late fees I owe. I got charged 4 extra times. Different days. They can't explain why. I was told that every time your card declines they charge a late fee or some kind of fee. They would charge my card mutiple times throughout the one year I was a member. I'm so upset. I managed to catch the manager to cancel in person. It was really difficult. I would have canceled sooner but it was hard to catch the manager. I would be given the run around. Call at this time or come to the gym at this time. If you read the ****** reviews for this location you can see for yourselves I'm not lying. Please do something about crunch fitness. I'm not the only one going through this. This is unacceptable. He did not give me a receipt that confirmed he canceled. But if you look into my account if you can you'll see pending cancelation. That was on 2/12 of 2025 this year. I sent an email if we can't find a resolution I'm reporting them. I can't access my account anymore,but I have emails and texts. As you can see from the text and email I did not complete or even start the training sessions because my trainer rescheduled. So why wont the give me my money back? $143 Thank you for reading this and trying to help me.
