This gymnasium in ************* is very dishonest careless unkind and just about anything you can imagine. I sat down with 2 managers to talk about personal training and to downgrade my membership. they gave me a pad to sign. I thought it was for my downgrade and so I signed. then I told them I did not wanted the clases. so I sat up to leave. they told me we already charged you. I said no, please cancell it. I believed them and left. they called me about the classes and I told them no please don't called me I cancelled whatever it was they charged me for. I was making payments from my checking account. the one me and my husband check regularly. but they switched to the one I don't check. by the time I checked that account they had charged me 4 times $420. I was very upset and scared because that's a lot of money. called the bank and they told me they would reverse it. I went to the Gym and spoke to **** the fitness manager, ***** the District manager and ***** the store manager. they laugh ignored me and just continued to talk about something else. **** told me I am sorry "we can't give you a refund on the first charge $420. But its already canceled we are not going to charge you anymore" I beleived him and to my surprised I see two transactions today for $840. the audasity of this people to take more money out of my account after they told me they had cancelled the monthly steal they have been doing. I also asked them to downgrade my membership also because after everything I was planning to continue going once a week. they told me to send them an email. I did and they keep charging me $21.99 a month and not $9.99as they have advertised. Would someone please do something about this dishonest people.

This business is not doing anything to resolve the complaints they *** ***t care about being in on display with a lot of bad reviews. These place in ************* is a shame. I am just upset disappointed that I believed in a brick and mortar building and I trusted the management. But they chose to behave worse than, a scammer on the street
