      I purchased 3 items from guess factory on April ***** I returned all 3 items on May,21,25 they received all 3 items May ***** I've been calling them about my refund since June,9,25 and they are saying the system is down and they will send an email that hasn't happened yet its going on a month and I still haven't received my ****** yet

      I have been an avid supporter and loyal guess patron for decades. In 2023 I did some early Christmas shopping and purchased two pairs of new jeans for my wife as I traditionally do. Since our local store has closed down, I made my purchase online. After Christmas she tried on her jeans but one pair fit, and the other did not. (both size 26). I immediately contacted Guess by phone and told them the situation and asked if I could get an exchange. The agent told me that I was just past the return window but after talking to a supervisor, they decided to send me a shipping label and promised a full return. I repackaged shipped the jeans out on the next day only to have them return the jeans weeks later due to being past the return window. Frustrated, I contacted customer support (chat) and told them the situation and after some lengthy conversation about return policy, they agreed to send me another shipping label and promised once again, a full refund. I received the shipping label and once again, repackaged and shipped the Jeans back to Guess. The jeans were return again for the same reason.Today, 13 February, I spoke with Guess again and the agent told me after some conversation that just because we gave you a shipping label to return the jeans does not mean their warehouse would accept them. I was upset and asked them why they would put me through all of this if that was the case. His answer was, "that's why we post the return policy". Keep in mind that I know the return policy. It was Guess that offered the return after I only asked if an exchange was possible. He then went on to offer me a refund for $20 for the $128 pair of jeans and argued with me that the jeans only cost $59.88 The receipt showing $128 was right in front of me. When I found this unacceptable, he offered a coupon for $25. I decided to end the chat to contact corporate, but they are all but impossible to contact. I'm extremely disappointed in Guess.

      We were shopping at the ******** Mall in ***************** and purchased cologne at the Guess location there and the total cost was ***** for a 3.4 fl oz bottle of the **** Guess cologne and in returning home found that we could purchase the same cologne and same ounces at Walmart.com and on Amazon for less than *****. this means that the Guess company is pricing 3 times the amount you can purchase any where else for this product, in calling the store as well as the corporate office they did not want to make it right by either compensating us on the overage or returning the product for our money back. and allowing us to purchase it for a lessor amount per the information that we found and shared with them that they could verify what we were saying is true. even stated that maybe the other companies have a diluted version though we stated packaged the same way as theirs are then hung up on us

      Hello ********,

      I understand you do not want to give my momey back. you and have it and enjoy.

      but do not put wrong allegations on me saying- its been worned and washed and then done returns.

      if that would been the case i would have not shoped and paid full money for the actual order.

      just because you had bad experience with other customers doesnot mean everyone is same.

      and if you think your examination was correct on returns you better speak to your supervisor and update yourself with some good quality check procedures and protocol.

      think twice before putting any illegitimate allegations on me.
