    Dates are between 6/2023 thru 7/2023. I was **ntacted by a person who introduced themselves to me as a friend from Instrgram. They chatted with me through I stream and switched over to whatsapp. This person messaged me and asked me to set up and ac**unt to 247**inifytrading. So I did. I told this person that the ac**unt wouldn't set up and they asked for screenshits of everything I was doing. I had to invest $2000 before I was able to withdraw money from the ac**unt. I was advised to add money all the time to the point where the ac**unt added up to over $4000. There would have been approximately $42000 that I **uld withdraw. I was told I **uld get the money if I paid for the transfer service of the money. They wanted $400 for that. When I sent that, I was informed that I would receive another email with other instructions to pay the taxes on it. I did that. Later on that night, I had to explain to my husband that I had taken $4000 from money that we had saved up to pay for a home that we were having built. Needless to say, I blocked that person and they had the audacity to ** tact me again dating that they are my ac**unt manager **ntacting me to see if they **uld assist me with getting my money back.

    Through a 3rd party I invested $495.00 on 1/6/23 to get a return on investing in Bitcoin. After making the initial investment on the website it stated you had to invest $2000. before you could starting trading. I was not told that by the person I was working with so in turn i ceased working with her immediately and attempted to get a refund and withdraw my funds. I was told by an ************************* through chat on their website that I had to pay $50.00 for some kind of transfer fee then my funds would be returned immediately. I asked for written documentation on what this fee was for from ***************************** but I never received anything. Then on 1/8/23 subsequently then I was told by ***************************** I had to pay and additional $39.00 for something else to get me refund. I made it clear after this a refuse to pay any additional fees if I don't get my money because at this point it looks like a scam. ******************** proceeded to tell me not to worry I will get my money through bitcoin transaction and trust her. I sent the $39.00 on 1/9/23 and as of today 1/23/23 I still have not received my refund. As of last Friday 1/20/23 ***************************** told me that I had to pay an additional fee to get my refund. I made it ******* clear to her that I refuse to pay any more fees at this point because (1) I still have not received anything in writing on what the fees are for and my the next step was to file a formal complaint against the company.

    In addition, any profit that has been made up until the point I want to receive as well. During my last chat communication with ***************************** I was told that I should me getting $795. I do understand it depends if Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency exchanges they use is going up or going down or stays flat at the time the withdrawal refund is processed for payment.
