    The company claims "free estimates" but it charges $99 to come and assess any problem with a door. They have the option to deduct that amount from the cost of the repair. When I called I was told that they were able to repair any type of doors without a doubt, and I would not lose the $99 unless I would not proceed with the repair. Furthermore, in the extremely rare event that they couldn't repair the door they wouldn't charge. After the tech assessed the issue I was not contacted with a quote for over a month, despite leaving several messages. When I finally managed to talk to a live person I was told that they were not going to be able to fix the door, because they did not have the part, but they were going to keep the $99 since it was to cover the initial service call. In conclusion, I lost a significant amount of time, as they did not even have the courtesy to call me back with an update, and paid $99 for nothing. Their methods are absolutely deceiving and unprofessional. I certainly would not use this company again or recommended to anyone, it is not about the money rather the fact that they show lack of integrity, and integrity is critical when something goes wrong.

    who are you? We do not do this you have the wrong company lady. Sounds like a bad experience for sure but not with us, sorry. We have thousands of customers who can attest we do not charge for our FREE estimates. And you name/email does not show up in our system at all.
