    I am writing to formally dispute a recent charge of $116.49 applied to my account on June 12, which your company claims was due to an overweight dumpster. This charge is not valid, and I am requesting a full refund.I ordered a 20-yard dumpster on June 2 or 3, paid over $700, and scheduled pickup for June 6. However, your team did not retrieve the dumpster until June 10, despite my calling daily to follow up. This delay not only caused significant inconvenience but also led to me failing a rental property inspection, as the dumpster remained on my property beyond the agreed pickup date.Regarding the $116.49 charge:The dumpster was half empty at pickup, containing only a few bedroom sets and a couchwell within the weight limit for a 20-yard container. I am 100% confident it was not overfilled in weight or volume. This makes the charge fraudulent and unjustified.Given the service delays and this inaccurate fee, I request the immediate reversal of the $116.49 charge. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it.Please confirm receipt of this message and let me know when the refund will be issued.

    We rented a dumpster through Local Dumpster 411. When they called to confirm, we explicitly stated that we were using the dumpster for dirt, rock, and other yard waste. The dumpster was delivered to us on 4/25 via a third party junk removal company. When the third party came to pick up the dumpster on 5/2, they informed us that they could not take the dumpster because it had dirt in it, which we had stated we were using the dumpster for. The third party proceeded to dump the entirety of the dumpsters contents on our driveway, sidewalk, and street and drove away without speaking to us again about a solution. I called Local Dumpster 411 to explain the situation, ask for a refund, and ask for a solution to the dirt that was now dumped everywhere. They gave me the run around, claiming to not know who could provide a refund or what they could do to solve the problem. I called them multiple times a day for 4 days and the issue was never resolved, despite promises of emailing proof that a refund would be issued. No refund was ever *********** receive a refund, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. To take care of the dirt, we had to pay yet another service to come haul it away.

    I paid $500 for a dumpster. The order was confirmed. The dumpster did not arrive as scheduled. When I called to inquire, I was told that they did not service the area. I've been calling them, but have not received a call back. They stole $500 from me.

    I went to the companies website for a quote. I entered my address and zip code as prompted and was given a quote of ****** for a 40 yard dumpster.All included was delivery, 10 days at site and scheduled pick up. I accepted the offer and entered my credit card information and was billed and paid the requested amount. Days later, close to delivery I received an phone call demanding an additional funds, stating that the prices for land fills and dump sites were costing more than company has expected because of increased landfill prices. I feel that the company uses switch and bait advertising, as there are other complaints about the same practice of pressuring you into paying in excess of the amount that was quoted with the consumer being disadvantaged because of the short term notice and disruption of plans due to not standng behind their initial quoted and paid price. I feel like the consumer should not be responsible for paying for the company's error in calculating the difference in dump site prices. It is the company's responsibility to update their web data and pricing. I was provided a binding contract entered and which was now broken by the company Now in my case. have paid workers to show up to site to load dumpster. I have to pay them regardless. I can almost understand that company may have lost site of available inventory. But pricing? Come on, everyone in business knows their pricing. I await remediation on this unfortunate situation for now. This is a scammy, unprofessional tactic which can not be allowed to stand.Folks need to be warned because this tactic is frequently employed by Dumpster 411.

    I went to the companies website for a quote. I entered my address and zip code as prompted and was given a quote of $489. for a specific delivery and pick up date. I accepted the offer and entered my credit card information and was billed the above amount plus tax. Then I received an email demanding an additional $561 stating that the prices on the website were not updated, there was a fuel surcharge as well as increased landfill prices. I feel that the company uses switch and bait advertising, pressures you into paying double the amount that was quoted due to short term notice/ time frames and is not standng behind their initial quoted and charged price. I feel like I should not be responsible for the difference as it is not my job to update their web prices and I entered and signed a contract which was now broken by the company
