  RUN! DON'T DO IT! People, it's hard enough to get by in todays society and if you get in to a car wreck- you need somebody who's going to fight for you and get results for you quickly... THIS ISN'T THE ***** THAT'S GOING TO DO THAT.My car was hit January 5th- today is March 28th. The other person was at fault so of course the other insurance is trying to deny liability. I was hit on the rear passenger side..my car is considered a "total loss" and now I've just been told (all this time later) that this attorney is going to "disengage from the case". This firm took on the case and then handed me off to a case manager who then did nothing to get my car fixed, assist with transportation to and from multiple medical appointments and MRIs resulting in debt with clinical providers as well as transportation providers and then let's talk about what it's cost in just losing the vehicle. This is just for the property damage alone. I'm out of car, I have some injuries and now this accident is 3 months out. I'm on a fixed income and now, I have to try to come up with money to replace a car. Going to the grocery store is an ordeal now just in the trying to get there. The devastation that just in losing my car cost is more than I wish on anybody-this destroyed me financially. But one thing I cannot let go is the cavalier attitude of an attorney who takes on a case and then does nothing to fight for it I don't wish this on you people don't use this firm

  This firm couldn't have cared less about my case. My file was given to a case manager, and for weeks I asked to talk to the attorney on my case. When ********************************************* finally called, it seemed he had literally picked up my file for the first time. I got hurt in a fall, but he thought I was in a car accident. He didn't know the basics of my case. And it got worse from there. After several weeks, the case manager still had not filled out a form to file a complaint with the other party, despite a deadline. I kept calling and emailing to get her to do anything. She said she tried for months to get my medical records, but I got on the phone myself and got them from 4 different facilities in a day. I could tell this firm didn't care about my case, so I asked them to wrap it up and send a demand letter to the insurance company of the other party. That took 2 MONTHS. It seemed they were waiting out the clock to get a larger share of my settlement based on the case taking longer to settle. The draft demand letter was so full of mistakes -- erroneous information, wrong doctors listed for the wrong bills, missing bills, mistakes in addition, typos, etc., it was a disaster. I made all the corrections, and it took weeks for them to review the edits and send me a revised copy. Each time they requested information or documents from me, I delivered them within a day or two. But if I asked for an update, it would take weeks, despite their promises: "I'll get you the information tomorrow" or "next week." It was radio silence unless I reached out to them.After months of no communication, I called them for an update. They said they got a low offer. They said they would negotiate. But after several weeks of no communication, I called to learn they had done nothing since receiving the first offer. I fired this firm, and they say I owe them for their time, but they can't tell me how much. This firm neglected my case, did subpar work. Their work was worthless to me.

  Throughout my case I always felt like I was a priority. **** ****** and his team made me feel welcome, I always felt safe and secure in knowing my best interests remained in the forefront of their mind. I was treated like family and I am so very appreciative of everything this firm has done for me. They truly went above and beyond for me!

  I will share my miserable experience with honesty concerning the truth about ******* ******
  I hired this attorney accidentally by mistake on July 2021 due to the accident I was involved I was in, on Saturday June 12, 2021 in Sacramento, CA.
  My vehicle was a total lost (new car) with a $29,000 loan left on it.
  I was told that the case won't take more than 6 months at the beginning upon signing the paper work.
  The attorney was supposed to take 32% when the case is settle.
  I had a late night with this attorney.
  Ignoring my calls, changing the person who represented my case at his law firm on several occasions. At first I was working with:
  Osiris Perez then Mina then Jacqueline Huong then they stopped calling me or updating me for 4 months and suddenly I called them one day to get some update and I was told Jacqueline Huong is no longer there and I will be working a new person named Genesis Perez.
  At first I received a letter from DMV saying my driver license will be suspended on January 2022 due to the lawyer failure to report the accident to DMV and also not having insurance at the time of the accident.
  I contacted them through phone I was ignored as usual then sent an email repeatedly in order for them to reply.
  I had to fight myself to inform DMV that it was a mistake. I did have valid insurance at the time of the accident.
  Secondly the lawyer was not able to communicate with the other party insurance to have my vehicle paid off. I had to handle it myself again.
  Today I still owe over $5,000 to capital one auto finance.
  I was neglected, no consideration and they make me feel like I was the problem in communicating with them.
  He took 13 months for this case with no satisfaction at all.
  The lawyer took 40% plus some money for unheard of fees. I was not aware of from the settlement.
  I ended it up loosing my car with debt on my back.
  They lied to me to satisfy
