    I hired KWIK Moving LLC to move my belongings out of my apartment and into a storage. They helped me pack the pantry in boxes. They used my boxes even though they told me they would use their boxes. Thats not the worst. They took notice of everything because they would eventually steal what they packed and many other items that they wanted to steal. When it came time to unload the moving truck of my belongings and into a storage unit. Thats when they stole my belongings. They kept my belongings in their truck. They covered the remainder of my belongingss in their truck and threw moving blankets over my items. They also have lockers at the very front of the moving truck that they used to hide my belongings from me. The one guy that could speak and understand English was supposed to instruct the other guy in their language what was going in my car and the other guy put them in the truck and were never unloaded from the moving truck. I am missing so many of my belongings. These people are thieves! I want to warn everyone about these people that if you use them, use them at your own risk. When I contacted them to try to get my belongings back, they denied taking and keeping my belongings. They do not know one thing about honesty. Then, they said nothing like that had ever happend and they have good reviews Thats because they have their employees write reviews about how great their company is. One of the moviing guys even wrote a great review of their company after I contacted the company about my stolen items. And of course the manager lied and denied the theft. All I got from them was lies, denials and obfuscation. If you use this company your belongings will go missing too. Do not use this company.

    We take all customer concerns seriously, and we are very sorry to hear that this customer feels their experience did not meet expectations. However, we must strongly refute the serious accusations made in this complaint.
    At KWIK Moving LLC, we have strict protocols in place to ensure that all items are handled responsibly and with accountability throughout the moving process. Our crew did not steal any items. The team followed the agreed-upon services, and all belongings that were moved were delivered as instructed to the storage unit. Only the customer had access to this storage unit. 
    After the move, the customer informed us of missing items only after 6 months later. Nevertheless, we encouraged them to:

    - Contact the storage facility to obtain surveillance footage to clarify what items were stolen.

    - File a police report so that the matter could be properly investigated.

    To date, the customer has not provided any evidence to support their claims. Instead, they have continued to accuse our team without proof and refused to engage with the appropriate authorities to resolve the issue.
    Additionally, we categorically deny that our company or its employees fabricate reviews. We stand by our work, and we encourage all customers to leave honest feedback about their experiences.
    This complaint contains unsubstantiated accusations that are not only false but damaging. We remain open to cooperating with any official investigation and encourage the customer to follow the proper legal channels if they believe a theft has occurred.
    KWIK Moving LLC is committed to professionalism and integrity. We will not tolerate defamatory claims without evidence.

    I am rejecting this response because: WARNING!! DO NOT USE KWIK MOVING COMPANY!!! They STOLE my PRECIOUS belongings when I hired them to move me.  I want my belongings RETURNED NOW!!!!  You should have NEVER STOLEN MY BELONGINGS!!! NEVER!  You are tNOT HONEST, untrustworthy, and liars.  You have made no attempt to return my belongings you stole from me.  But when do theives ever return what they have stole?  I am warning other people about your BUSINESS PRACTICES.  = go through your belongings, take what you want then deny and lie about it and good luck trying to get your belongings back.  DO NOT USE  THESE MOVERS!!!
