    I am writing to express our growing concerns regarding the operational challenges we are facing at our Ridgewood Ready Space location.We initially leased a 650 sq ft space at ********** and have recently upgraded to 1500 sq ft, demonstrating our commitment to expanding our business. Our team of four employees works diligently to prepare and ship our products via **** from the fourth floor.Unfortunately, we have encountered significant disruptions that are hindering our operations. The recent elevator breakdown caused considerable delays as we had to navigate freight elevators. We couldn't drop off packages between 3 PM and 4 PM due to elevator break down for several weeks. This resulted in suspending our seller account with ******* and our funds were held by ******* due to performance issue as we couldn't ship our packages on time. Given these constraints, it is challenging for our team to efficiently pack and ship 4-5 pallets daily, which has negatively impacted our business. The operational delays caused by these issues have resulted in approximately $50,000 of our business funds being placed on hold.We REQUESTED TO RELOCATE US TO THEIR JAMAICA LOCATION believe that relocating our business to a more suitable location would alleviate these challenges and enable us to operate more effectively. We are seeking your cooperation in the Immediate transfer process to ******* Queens Ready Space Facility that better accommodates our needs, particularly regarding **** pickup and reliable elevator access. However, they are rejecting our relocation to ******* location even though Ready Space should be hold accountable for our loses for their elevator not working and not providing 100% service for the rent we have paid them.
