    Very difficult to cancel membership--you must chat with an online agent who tries to talk you out of it.. Mostly junk food masquerading as health food.. I have returned to Vitacost.

    I filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General about the inability to cancel an opt-out memberships without sitting in line to chat with a customer service agent who is instructed to repeatedly offer promotions instead of following my instructions. At a minimum, this is unethical and anti-consumer.

    Thrive is not worth the money. This product cause me to experience shortness of breath. I do not recommend this product for safety reasons. 0 on safety scale.

    Signed up for a free trial of their membership. Canceling it is like trying to pull teeth. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I should have read this page first, ugh. Check out iHerb or anyone else, really, even Amazon.

    Don't even bother. I should have listened the the red flags going off when I couldn't view their product selection without signing up for a membership. I spent around 20 minutes after signing up searching for the basic grocery items I typically purchase. When I saw most were not available and this would not offset my existing grocery runs (my primary reason for pursuing something like this), I went to cancel my account. They don't allow you to self-serve cancel your membership - second red flag - you have to use the chat bot. After a very frustrating back and forth where they continuously tried to sell me, I finally got my membership cancelled. This tells me they are not a consumer friendly company - forcing you into a blind membership and then making it difficult to cancel.

    TOTAL SCAM. You have to pay a membership fee to even see what they offer. Getting that cancelled and refunded back is really difficult, though they claim it's easy. I had to tell ******* over and over and over to cancel and refund, and she kept responding with incentives and other offers, not even acknowledging my request, over and over. I was finally forced to be slightly impolite and insist upon it. I didn't even feel confident she would do it after she said she would. I watched my card and saw a refund and it leveled out and I went on about my life. A few days later, I found I had been charged by them again after that and was missing a second annual subscription rate amount. I contacted them and they said they only saw one charge and couldn't do anything. I had to cancel my card. Total scam.

    It's a scam. Very overpriced, sales-pitchy, pre-scripted pitches when you try to cancel. It takes at least 20 minutes to go through them all and get them to cancel your membership. They won't refund you. You have to buy at least $65 for frozen food to be delivered. It's all processed food that's readily available. No fresh produce or meats.

    Horrible! Its a scam! I signed up for a trial membership and quickly realized it was not worth the price of the membership. I cancelled my membership via their chat service after a LOT of back and forth. They ended up still charging my card and dont want to refund the membership. There are so many online stores to order from that dont charge a membership with similar prices as Thrive. In fact some of Thrives prices are higher! Save yourself the time, aggravation and money and go shop elsewhere! Dont fall for the free trial gimmick!! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!

    This company is a scam. They just charged me for an order i never placed. Now I am waiting on a 'chat' (#** in line) to cancel an order i never placed, and a membership I never signed up for. They would have had my business if they were honest and made canceling a simple click of a button like reputable businesses do. Save you money and don't make the mistake I did and do any business with this company
