I really wanted to like this service/company but they are as dishonest as they come. First, you will pay more and get less for the same items/brands that can be purchase locally. They also expect you, the consumer, to pay an additional "health and safety fee" for their workers. You can opt out of this but it should never have been put on the consumer to begin with when their prices would suggest that the company should be well-compensated to do this, themselves. The biggest issue, though, is that you pay a $60+ (price can change any time) per year 'membership fee' and when you try to cancel, you have a couple of poor choices. 1. Phone - no live person has answered after being on hold for 47 minutes; and, 2. Chat - this is a bot but it needs to get you to a 'live agent' to actually cancel. I have literally been sitting on this chat for >2 hours now, while working on a different screen, and not only do they keep "disconnecting you from the agent" where you have to continually "try again", but I've yet to be able to talk to a live person. This is a gross abuse of a subscription service and the reason I'm generally hesitant to join these types of services. My error to have joined this unethical company. The **Corp certification should consider this type of business practice.Thrive Market, Inc.

NOT TRUTHFUL They say your order will ship within ***** hours and you will receive it within 2-4 days. This is an outright LIE. I have placed two orders and they will likely be my last. My first order was received 6 days after my order was placed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just placed my second order. I placed it at 9:19 am on 4/20 and it was "processing" until 11:49 am on 4/22. Now it has "shipped" and I use that term loosely because the shipping label has been sent to ***** but my order is still sitting in their warehouse. I just tracked it and it is due to deliver on Wednesday next week. Again, 6 days after I ordered it. Now...I don't truly expect it that day because last week, my order was delayed mid-transit and the original ship date was moved out but still marked "on-time".Their customer service is a joke...they are very kind but do nothing to help or improve the situation. Yes their products may be good and a little cheaper, depending on what you are purchasing. But, if you need what you are ordering, make sure you won't be needing it for a full week. From the other reviews, I expect a hassle to cancel my membership. To others who are having that issue, I suggest requesting a new card with a new number so that they can't continue to charge you. I plan to do that if I run into issues. Amazon is better, in my opinion, as you have a bigger selection and MUCH faster shipping.Thrive Market, Inc.

Would give this a 0 if I could. Terrible TERRIBLE website. Products are mediocre at best, savings minuscule to non-existant. Cancellation can only be processed by getting in touch with them - they recommend via chat. No one responds in chat. Via email - no one responds. Dug up a phone number - no one responds. Literally a scam. Membership auto-renews and there's not an option to NOT auto-renew it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.Thrive Market, Inc.

I was looking for an organic drink powder and found Thrive Market had a listing. I've seen the commercials about them online. The website stated that I could save up 972 - 978 dollars a year by joining. You have to sing up to see the prices, upon seeing that the prices weren't better than my local ******* or offered on Amazon, I contacted **************** to cancel, they stated that there was as pop up that stated you wouldn't be refunded for trying their monthly service. This is a shameful way to run a business and I will never recommend or shop Thrive Market.Thrive Market, Inc.

I ordered from this company. I didn't like the product. I did not sign up for a membership (60.00)and was notified Your membership will be billed in 5 days.They make it very difficult to cancel. On the surface they seem like a hiop eco friendly, healthy life style company. They are in my opinion predatory. Read the complaints. I rate them 1 star because no stars is not an option.They waste your time when trying to cancel and keep trying to resell you. I have been a member of Thrive for several years, have always had great service until the last couple weeks. First had an order that was damaged while in transit, never even made it to my home. I had to contact them to find out what choices I had to rectify, let me repeat that, I had to contact them to inquire about the order I never got. Then they reshipped the items for the order. Typically shipping is very prompt usually 1-2 days, items shipped on Monday 4/3 and informed that delivery would be made Wednesday 4/5, excellent BUT that didn't happen and this new shipment seems to be **** I believe this again is a ***** issue but I have been unable to get any information on where the shipment is or when I may expect delivery. I would suspect that Thrive is a good client for ***** and would be able to find out where my shipment is but that doesn't seem to be the case. I continue to contact Thrive and have been told ***** would be getting back to them but the time frame of of getting that information has gone from end of day April 7 to now April 10. One of the great things about Thrive was the speed of delivery but that seems to have gone to the wayside very abruptly. Not sure I'll be renewing my membership when it comes around.Thrive Market, Inc.

Not enough products. Membership cancellation is ridiculous. Have to speak to an employee to cancel. Was on hold for 15 before I exited the cancellation process.Thrive Market, Inc.

Gotta watch those auto renewals! I didnt order for 11 months and ignored their email advertising. ******* showed up on my credit card statement. 6 weeks into the new year and they only refunded 1/3 of the cost. The customer service person wasnt helpful,and initially refused any refund. I dont have it yet so we will see about honesty. Furthermore when you tell them you want to cancel they try to change your mind. My order history should clearly speak for itself. I think I placed one order, maybe 2 in 12 months and it was damaged. Their prices are not great. Their selection is so-so.Thrive Market, Inc.
