    I am writing a complaint regarding a series of unauthorized recurring charges that I have been experiencing since October 2022. I believe I was coerced into signing up for a subscription with ************************** without my full understanding or consent. These charges have caused significant financial strain, and I have been unable to resolve the issue through the company or my credit card provider. From researching on online forums like Trust Pilot and Reddit I see many reports of this company using tactics to scam users in this very ******** are the details of the situation:Initial Charge: In October 2022, I visited ************************** and was led to believe I was paying a one-time fee of $1.99 for a personality report. At no point did I knowingly agree to or authorize a recurring subscription.Unauthorized Recurring Charges: Starting on October 7th, 2022, I began seeing monthly charges of $27.88 on my credit card statement. These charges continued every month until May 5th, 2024.Lack of Awareness: I was not made aware that I had been signed up for a recurring subscription, nor was I provided with a clear explanation of the terms at the time of the initial transaction. I did not use any services from ************************** and was unaware that I had an account with them.Attempts to Resolve: I contacted ************************** to resolve the issue. However, they only offered a six-month refund period, which does not cover the full extent of the charges. I was unable to obtain any further refunds for transactions older than six months.I believe that ************************** has engaged in deceptive business practices by coercing me into a recurring subscription without clear consent or proper disclosure. Additionally, my attempts to resolve this with both the company and my credit card provider have been unsuccessful.

    I signed up for a trial period of MyPersonality.net, which is operated by this company, on condition that I could cancel at any time by calling the **************** phone number. I found the site to be of little or no interest and called to cancel. My credit card company just notified me that I was being billed for a third month of subscription. I called again and was told there was no record of my cancelling and that my subscription would be cancelled at the end of the current 30-day period. NOTE: I have discovered that MyPersonality.net is often reported online for not honoring cancellations.
