    I returned a blouse I purchased for $134.00. I have tried to contact the company via email, phone call, and their online chat function, as well as social media. No reply. I have not received a refund for the returned blouse. I have attached proof of delivery of returned blouse and also the communication that I have tried to have with the company.

    ORDER #***** I never received dress - ***************** in ******, $388. I have been trying to contact this business for 6 days, and I have heard back from them 1 time and they let me know that they would be getting back to me by the end of the business day, which they did NOT do. Im starting to feel very frustrated and a bit alarmed, reading the other negative reviews here on BBB.I paid almost $400 for a dress that I have not received and Im not able to get ahold of this company. There is no contact phone number. The other 2 dresses that I did receive have a ridiculous fit - HUGE. So I definitely need to return them and Im concerned that Im going to have an issue with that as well because of the extreme difficulty in getting ahold of anyone with this company. My next move will be filing a claim with the credit card company.

    Purchased a dress from Hale Bob on 8/19/2023 for over $300. Dress did not fit, so I shipped it back to return. Tracking says it arrived on 8/31/2023. I have not received a refund or any communication from Hale Bob. I have called and left messages and sent several emails that have all been ignored. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.

    Purchased a $344 dress and due to fit, sought return within 8 days of receipt following the return instructions on their website. The instructions state you must receive a return authorization before you can ship back the return. Sent email requests for return authorization on Aug 17, 23 and Sept 5th. Per yelp reviews of Hale Bob in LA (which is now closed), the lack of response and honoring their return policy goes back to 2015, which may be why they moved their presence online (easier to evade). Regardless, consumers must be aware that Hale Bob does not honor their return policy, so you are stuck with whatever you buy off their website.

    i have searched for email from the customer and see that we have replied in two occasions one August 18th and September 5th.  we are currently still waiting for goods to be returned. once we have received we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
