    I hired **** to do construction work on my home he was very in responsible the whole time and unreliable. The whole time working with him he was full of lies didnt show up most of the time and when he did all the work that got done was done incorrectly. He left me a mess and took my money. He is a scammer.

    **** was hired to convert the back garage into a livable space on March 3 with a signed contract of 3-4 months for the project to be completed. The price was 45k to complete the following, purchase all materials, framing extension, inside walls,plumbing, for restroom and kitchen, demo, electrical,insulation, drywall, plaster paint, flooring, tile installation, trash removal, cabinets, doors, molding, toilet , sink. A total of ****** was paid to ****. **** would not come to work on the project for weeks at a time, when he did show up to work it would be no more than 1-2 days with a maximum of 4 hours per day. I started to apply pressure and question **** and he would always promise to come on a certain day and he never showed up. **** always had excuses and stoped answering my calls to the point that I had to go look for him at his house on Dec.15 2024 to ask for my money back he then promised to come to my home Dec.16 to discuss numbers. He never showed up, he promised to return me *****. It is now January 10th and i have not receive anything. I did not agree to ***** but wanted to get back any money in the mean time. The work that he did do was done horribly he did not finish any of the following: inside walls, plumbing for restroom or kitchen, electrical, plaster, paint, flooring installation, restroom, tile installation, cabinets, doors, molding, sink. **** would show up and do a day or two of work and ask for more money. I did pay him the money because he would promise to have it done ****. I had multiple conversations and texts with **** asking him to finish my project and he would always say he would get his act together and not let me down. ***I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS PROOVING MY PAYMENTS AS WELL AS HIS PROMISES I ALSO HAVE THE SIGNED CONTRACT BUT IT IS TO BIG TO ATTACH TO THIS COMPLAINT**I CAN EMAIL MY EVIDENCE, PLEASE CONTACT ME ON INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO EMAIL THEM TO YOU** THANK YOU ****** *********
