      In April 2025, I signed up for a 3- month subscription to Birchbox. It cost approximately $75 and was paid up front. My initial box was no where near a value of $25. It included a broken brush, two makeup wipes, a perfume sample, a small hair spray sample, and a tiny lotion sample. I canceled my subscription. I was told I would receive my May and June boxes. I was unable to customize my May box. I still have not received my May box and again asked for a refund for the two boxes I have not received. I was told I would not receive a refund.

      I have cancelled my Birchbox subscription 3x. They keep charging me $25.00 each month. I want my $75.00 refunded to me. They have no one to contact. You call the customer service line and it does not exist. I have email conformations from Birchbox, however I am still being charged. This is ridiculous.

      I purchased a 6 mth gift subscription for someone in 2022. Shortly after birchbox filed bankruptcy. They received about 4 or 5 boxes. Later when someone else started the company back up (6-8 mths later)they received the remaining boxes. The subscription was supposed to end at 6 mths. as it was a gift from me to them. Not an ongoing membership on me.When the bankruptcy happened my acct no longer existed. They did away with the acct but attached my debit card to the acct of the person I sent the gift subscription. They charged my card 2x in 2023 and 2x in 2024 without my knowledge or permission. They are telling me that they sent an email b4 they charged my card. They claim to have sent the email to the person I gifted. They say that is all they needed to do in order to charge my card. My debit card is attached to an acct that I have NO access to. That acct belongs to someone else and I have no way of receiving any emails about that acct.My card has been charged ****** without my consent. I have reached out and explained and they will not refund the *** that I did not authorize them to take. My card is still attached to the acct and cannot be deleted. They told me they would cancel and not charge me again.My debit card should have never been attached to an acct that was not mine especially w/o my knowledge or permission. I explained to them that it would be crazy to send a gift subscription to someone and if they decided to continue the subscription it was on me. No one would ever send a gift subscription under those conditions. I am getting no where with them. It is just emails back and forth. Can you please help me with this or atleast point me to someone who can??? Wouldn't it be illegal to charge a card and not have permission from the cardholder??? I have the emails if I need to forward them to you. Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

      This company fraudulently charged me $204 for a service I did not sign up for. My subscription with them ended long ago and was NOT renewed, yet they randomly charged me over two hundred dollars and are dodging my complaints. They are ignoring repeated attempts to contact them and resolve this matter.

      i ordered and paid for a birch box which is a beauty box of cosmetics.. this was and into offer with a continuing monthly subscription... i have not received it yet and they were going to charge me again for another box... i emailed and told them i would not pay for another one til i got my first one... i have emailed them sev times and they will say we will get back with you in 24 hrs but they never do and when i check my account it has said ...."we are working on it" and that has been almost 2 months ago... i would like my product or a refund of my money... both of which i have asked them for in an email and not reply...

      Ive been registered/billed for monthly boxes. I reached out last year in June 2023 to let them know I never received my September 2022 box (was billed) nor my June 2023 box (was billed). The response I received back was we are looking into - please dont keep contacting us). I sent 2 emails - one notifying about September 2022 and one for June 2023. To date, no response nor Credit received (Im billed $16 per month). I did not received a September 2023 box (was billed) nor did I received a January 2024 box (was billed). I have just cancelled my subscription but I want to be reimbursed my $64. **************** is non existent and would not recommend joining this monthly subscription.

      I have tried to cancel my membership for months, the auto renewal button to cancel it does not work. I have reached out to the company several times and asked them to cancel my membership and they have never responded. I had to cancel my card so they can stop charging me because their website does not allow me to cancel my membership, even though they advertise that I can cancel anytime. I am beyond frustrated. I dont know what to do. I need them to cancel my membership.

      Birchbox stopped sending me boxes over 2 years ago stating they were going out of business or something along those lines. Next thing I know,I got an email in June stating they charged my card and were sending me a box. I went to log into Birchbox because I no longer live where they are supposedly sending my box and it said I didnt have an account and couldnt log in. I emailed customer service numerous times and all they told me was that my box hadnt been sent yet and thanks for being a customer. I continued to email Them and tell them I didnt want their service, they werent even sending it to my address, and I wanted my money back. All emails went ignored.They have now taken over $100 from my checking account, wont let me log in, wont let me cancel, wont respond to me, and will not refund me. I have emailed them at least 40 times now. I consider them to be robbing me. Worst people ever. At a time where everyone is low on cash, they are charging people for a service they didnt want and thought was cancelled, and not even sending the product to them and then ignoring them. Have fun spending my hard earned money thieves.
