    Signed a contract to write 3 books and they did not comply with the contract. I was informed my refund was issued March ******* and they keep giving me a reason or a runaround on why I have not received the refund. IE: It is the weekend or give it three days and now it is mid June and still no refund. Everything is documented and I call and email daily. I have not written the three books with them and I feel like they are scamming me. The amount of the refund is $2000.00

    $3,000 - IN ********************* *********** TX - Dec 16 2023 Business agreed to a partial refund for delays in marketing package with a satisfaction guarantee. On July 26 2024 Dawn Ghostwriting ****** ****** Agreed to a Partial Refund of $2101.00 from the $3,000 paid. As of 16 Dec 2024, I'm still waiting for a refund and ****** ****** states that the ******************** does not have the funds to process the refund.Attached Service Contract, Agreed Refund, Update messages with **** ****** (new ***** USAA Credit Card Statement (released funds to seller), & Original Payment PDF.

    1. Book was supposed to be finished by March 15, 2024...We are in October and the book is no where near done 2. Supposed to handle marketing with no bots, no fake ads, a website, the whole 9...And theyve delivered an IG with 981 obviously fake accounts. An X account that got shut down for fraud 3. Pre-Orders for the book. Now after I paid they informed me that they dont offer pre orders anymore Ive included the marketing breakdown and the contract where everything is stated and nothing has been completed. I submitted them a completed book they just had to edit the book. They did such a bad job, they added things that wasnt real, nothing made sense and a year later theyre still editing the same chapters that was already submitted. ********

    I paid to have this company help me write a book (payments made IMG_0098 (1).jpg in two payments). They promised me a full refund if I was unhappy. I was very unhappy with how they work and the product they produced so I asked for my refund (refund1.jpg, image_123655411.JPG, image_123655411 (1).JPG, image_123655411 (2).JPG). They said I would have it in ***** business days from Feb 17. They gave me partial (31965.jpg) $325 and still have yet to give me the rest. Every time I ask, they coerce me to give them more chances to stay and they tell me they now cannot refund me because of issues they cannot describe except over phone (****** 85457.jpg & 30350.jpg). I even filed a police report for all the harassing phone calls I got from them harassing me to stay so they can keep my money (IMG_5022.PNG, IMG_5023.jpg) . I just want the rest of my refund and for them to stop calling me.
